I misspoke in an earlier thread, I have another question...
Would this work and what dice would be roles in the follow situation?
Seoni needs to make a wisdom or perception check and she has Night Watch in her hand. Can she use the night watch to add the d10 to make a perception check, even though she does not have the perception skill? According to the rulebook she can make a check for a skill she does not have but uses a d4. Does this mean the check would be d4 + d10, assuming this can be done?
Thanks again in advance for any advice.

I think I just confused myself. In the situation above from J Scot Shady, Seoni needs to make a wisdom or perception check and she has the Night Watch card in her hand. From what I read above, she has 2 options.
Make a wisdom check at d6
Make a perception check with the nights watch at d4+d10
But she cannot make the wisdom check with the night watch at d6+d10.
Is that correct?

Ok i have a question that may have already been answered.
if i explore a location and come across a boon or a bane for that matter that has a check for instance. potion has a check of wisdom craft i am using Ezren do i roll against my wisdom or do i have to have the craft skill listed on character card? I went ahead and rolled a d4 + played a blessing but should i have rolled d8 since that is Ezren wisdom? Just a little confused on this subject.

You could have rolled your wisdom die.
You select just one of the skills (wisdom, int, dex etc.) that is listed above the check number. If you have one of the skills that's the one i would use, otherwise your die is d4. Although there are some player cards that will add die to a skill you don't have, so if you use those you still roll a d4 in addition to the die the player card grants.
