So any chance of a catfolk in this one?
Sadly, no. It wasn't really in the cards for this one. And there were way too many other, compelling character concepts and races to draw upon for Righteous Heroes. If you're interested, here's the breakdown I'm going with in this set:
Aasimar (1)
Dwarf (1)
Elf (1)
Half-Elf (1)
Humans (3)
Tiefling (1)
Essentially, we always do eight PCs, typically two for each of the primary roles (combat, arcane, divine, and skill). That way, you've got multiple options to select from when forming your adventuring party for the AP in question. Following that, I try to make sure at least three of the characters are human (because this tends to be a humanocentric game and campaign setting). And then, I divvy up the remaining slots among various demihumans and non-traditional races which I think make the most sense for the AP in question.
For instance, I chose an elf, gnome, and sylph for the fey-themed, kingdom-building PCs in Conquering Heroes. I also provided a changeling and a dhampir for the Gothic Heroes set. Of course, I got away from the paradigm in Imperial Heroes by including five humans to just three traditional demihumans, but that seemed more appropriate given that we needed to include enough humans to demonstrate the culture clash between the cultures of the East and the West.
So, for Righteous Heroes, an aasimar and tiefling seemed like no-brainers, and the other roles went to character races which are generally popular for any game (i.e., elves, half-elves, and occasionally a dwarf, gnome, or halfling). Down the road, catfolk may eventually figure into something, but, right now, I'd probably reserve that for a desert- or jungle-themed AP, or maybe even a winter-themed campaign if I were to use a snow leopard/tiger analogue.

Or maybe Legacy of Fire? (Not sure if you would do Pregens for 3.5 adventure paths)
We haven't crossed any APs off our to-do list, but creating material for a 3.5 AP would certainly be further off. Of course, if and when Paizo updates an AP to Pathfinder rules (as they did with Rise of the Runelords), they come much more fully into range for us. So, never say never.

Legacy of Fire is one of my favorite APs, and I do have some stuff written in draft form that we could use, but there's a fair bit of ground to travel between "written in draft form" and "ready to sell product," and we're pretty maxed out on our throughput right now as it is.
Like Neil said: Never say never, but probably not soon.

Cool, definitely day one buy for me (I'm just fond of the characters and frequently use them in other settings as npcs)

Should hopefully be soon. I just hit a snag with adapting the campaign traits so they fit each character's background a bit better. Additionally, I've just picked up my first cold of the year. Fever, sore throat, sinus issues. It's going to be a long Labor Day, but I'll see if I can finish them tonight.

Just so you know, I'm with DM on this one :) Or maybe she's with me is the better way to put it.
