I went to go mention this to our warehouse staff to see what they'd say, but upon arriving at the warehouse I found that pizza had already been delivered for them by our management team as thanks for their hard work.
While I can't say they'll move your order forward in line I can assure you that they are getting packages shipped as quickly as they can for everyone. We have a lot of orders this month, so we really do appreciate your patience while we get them shipped as quickly as we can.

I'll admit that I'm a little whiney about not having my PDFs, but I do understand.
I sat with one of the warehouse guys at Paizocon this year, they are doing a great job in my book.
