AMS: Nice Hit!, Your fire melts a rather large indentation into midsection of the creature, it looks pretty bad.
Nasty: Yikes! The creature is gone
A big splash of drool comes out of Nasty's mouth and sprays anyone close.
As his tongue lashes out and grabs hold of the glass golem type creature and he tilts his head back and swallows whole the creature he releases a huge ground shaking belch.

Looking at Alissa and back at the glass golem.
"Should I smash this one too?"
Do you think you can get to it without falling down?
Hey JRR, since the creature is made of glass and it keeps falling down, shouldn't there be a chance of it breaking?
Alissa: But...that would take all the fun out of you guys beating the hell out of it.

Cearly out of bounds on any gaming chart.
Nasty: With a mighty smash the creature dies.
All: The only thing left in the room is the violet cube that is encased in glass and a golden door on the eastern wall.
If you all wish we can just bypass the part where you figure out how to free the cube
I want to try.
First Jenny and I will pluck each string seperately.
Then we will pluck them with me going first then her, then we will reverse and do the same thing.
Next, we will pluck the strings in order at the same time.
If none of that works, we will pluck strings at the same time; Jenny doing 12345 while I do 54321. Then reverse order if needed.
After that, I am out of ideas.
Alissa/Jenny: Ok you figure out how the violins work. It's actually a little devious. So there are 5 cubes and 5 strings on each violin. If you do string 1 on each violin cube 1 and the Glass golem explode. Same result with string 2,3 and 4 now if string 5 is plucked by either of the violins it frees all remaining Glass Golems.
To free the violet cube you must pluck the first string on violin 1 and string 4 on the second violin.
Search the platform the Purple Cube is on for traps.: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23

In the center of the room is a cube of translucent blue glass about 3' square: the cube is fused to the green glass of the floor. Clearly visible inside the blue cube is a small block of opaque violet glass. The violet cube is about 6" square and has a key shaped inpression on the top.
Alissa: the cube was encased. But no there are no traps on the block of glass or the cube itself.
"The cube looks tasty can I eat it?"
NO!
*Picks up the Cube.*
Is the key shaped impression a keyhole, or a mold to make a key?
Alissa: The key shaped impression looks like a mold to make a key.
