i'm starting an all rogue campaign in a couple days and i'm trying to iron out the details for my dude. the group will consist of me, a human knife master, and a jack of all trades type rogue. we're starting at level 1, 15 point buy, dm is only allowing a few splatbooks, so my choices are somewhat limited (mostly what's available in pcgen plus advanced race guide). let me know if you guys have any input or any ideas to make this guy more interesting.
Exaybachay, Half-Orc Rogue/Scout
STR - 16 (+2)
DEX - 15
CON - 12
INT - 7
WIS - 10
CHA - 10
Traits: Toothy, Adopted (Warrior of Old), Heirloom Weapon (Orc Double Axe)
1 F. Combat Reflexes
2 T. Weapon Training
3 F. Power Attack
4 T. Combat Trick (Cleave) [DEX]
5 F. Surprise Follow Through
6 T. Strong Impression
7 F. Great Cleave
8 T. Powerful Sneak [DEX]
9 F. TWF
10T. Deadly Sneak
11F. Improved Surprise Follow Through
12T. Feat (Improved TWF) [DEX]
13F. Double Slice
14T. Opportunist
15F. Two Weapon Defense
16T. Bleeding Attack [DEX]
17F. Greater TWF
18T. Befuddling Strike
19F. Two Weapon Rend
20T. Hunter's Surprise [DEX]
getting sneak attacks in shouldn't be an issue with 3 rogues flanking, scout mechanics, gang up (another rogue is picking this up early on), and the cleave/surprise follow through synergy. i'm getting ODA proficiency through heirloom trait, and the dm is allowing me to upgrade it and what not, so i am not forced to blow a talent. i'm delving into twf for single target dpr when there's nothing to cleave. versatility of the ODA seems like it will work well with the build. taking hp each level for favored class, as i'm kinda squished into a tanky role. let me know what you guys think.

Are you dead set on going 20 Rogue?
Are you dead set on going Rogue (Scout)?
You have access to Advanced Race Guide and you are already going Half-Orc. My suggestions:
13 Rogue (Skulking Slayer and either Scout or Bandit)
7 Levels of Fighter (Two-handed Warrior from APG)
Take the Shaman's Apprentice and either Toothy or Sacred Tattoo alternate racial traits. Shaman's Apprentice give you Endurance, go for Die Hard after that and seriously consider the Deathless Initiate, Iron Hide, and Deathless Master feats. Deathless Zealot isn't necessary unless you really want it.
Focus on Str and Con with Dex a close third. You will have access to Medium or Heavy armor and if you use Medium you can even get Mithril so it counts as light. For 7 levels you will have Fighter Hit Dice, also I would throw the favored class bonus into HP and get Toughness. Although, the Half-Orc Rogue favored class bonus is also quite nice for this build and would give you a +4 to Critical Confirmation rolls while Sneak Attacking, worth considering.
Because of how the Skulking Slayer works, especially if you choose Scout to suplement it, I would look into Dodge and Mobility as well. And that will pretty much have you covered for survivability and mobility in combat.
Power Attack, Furious Focus and Cleave will be good feats for you. Skulking Slayer allows you to choose Surprise Follow Through and Improved Surprise Follow Through as rogue talents. Also pick up Weapon Focus (Great Axe), Improved Critical, and with 7 levels in Fighter you can also pick up Weapon Specialization (Great Axe). If you do pick up these feats the +1/3 to Crit Confirmation Rolls is nice too, you will only crit on a 19-20 but when you do it will be x3 damage and have a +4 to confirm.
That's a good start I think. If you are interested in the build and have any questions let me know.
