Three questions,
I know there is a webpage, I think on PathfinderWiki, that has all the Scenarios listed by location (Absalom, Cheliax, Varisia, etc.). Can someone provide me a link, please?
More importantly, is there a webpage that has Scenarios listed by Tier so DMs can look to purchase and prepare -- and organize -- their various Scenarios?
Finally, in our individual Page, is there any demand for being able to choose how the Scenarios are listed? Currently they are in order of Season with no option to place them in order of Tier.
I wonder how many are out there like me, having only played a handful and DMed a handful but have a good 60ish in my Downloads. With my gaming group finally getting somewhat more interested in the occasional Event I'm finding my Society Scenarios grossly unorganized and user unfriendly -- I have to go through bunches and bunches of stuff just to find one thing I think I'm looking for. Any help forthcoming?

As to the third, that's a question for the coding guys (and gals? Certainty escapes me at the moment, but I'm fairly certain not all the software folks at Paizo are male, and now I'm really curious if I'm right about that.), but I'd suspect that it's not likely to be forthcoming any time soon, just for its position on any priority list. (Sorry.) I do support an overhaul of the ordering system in the Download page in general, though. It would be really nice to have different sortability, custom groupings, and so on - but I recognize that that's pretty pie-in-the-sky right now.

It's not horribly well-organized, but there are some category pages on PathfinderWiki that have what you're looking for:
Main scenario category page

There are also season summary pages that have a bit more information, but I don't know of a page that lists every scenario.

Another thing you can do, which would be a variant of what I currently do, is download all your scenarios, and save them in folder sets.
Pathfinder - PFS - Scenarios - Tier 1 - First Steps Part 1 ...
... Tier 1-5 - Mists of Mwangi ...
... Tier 1-7 - The Dalsine Affair ...
... Tier 3-7 -
And so forth.
I have mine sorted by season, with an addendum at the end of the folder name with the tier for that scenario, so I can look at Season 0, and see that X scenario is for Tier 5-9, for instance.
It also lets me save not just the PDF in one easily found location, but also anything I have pulled out of the scenario, like the images for the NPCs, and scaled up maps.
