With Deskari being Pazuzu's son and all, does Pazuzu have any presence in this AP? And if so, could cultists of Lamashtu be opposing the Worldwound and joining the crusade?
Love Pazuzu and was really hoping to see some more about him!
There's not a lot of Pazuzu and even less Lamashtu in Wrath of the Righteous.

Pazuzu is also in the Book of Beasts: Legendary Foes. The PDF of which will be released on Tuesday. Pazuzu's high inquisitor will be there as well.

CR 30 with the ability to possess someone on another plane just because you said his name 3 times in one breath (among lots of other powers) should be enough to keep most players afraid.

(Emphasis mine)
I wonder how many people did just do that after reading your post. I know I *thought* about doing it.

Don't joke about that man, I have enough nightmares as it is.

Glad to hear it. I have always had a fondness for Pazuzu due to his real world origins and his iconic status. History is also an interest of mine, so I wonder if anyone in Golarion invokes Pazuzu to ward off monstrous births (something Lamashtu enjoys) as some Babylonians did. (I imagine that on Golarion, many deities are invoked by everyday people for things related to their interests.)

Lamashtu's and Pazuzu's rivalry is very much something I picked up from mythology and put into Golarion, in fact.

Heh, I remember Pazuzu more from Futurama than anything else.
However, if we kill him, will there be a chance for ascension to demon lord status for ourselves?
Bestiary 4 does not cover that topic.
Wrath of the Righteous probably will... but it doesn't really work the same way as it did in D&D's outer planes (as seen at the end of Savage Tide).
