So I'm not going to be staying at the hotel as I don't live very far away from the area.
Problem is, I'm not sure where I can park. I would assume I could park at the hotel but I may have to pay for it. I would hope they would let you pay to park there if you are attending an event, though you aren't staying there.
Does anyone have any insight on this?

Parking at the hotel is paid parking. Unfortunately its very rare in the Seattle area to find hotel space that works with what we need from a convention hotel and has adequate free parking. It is quite common for large hotels to charge for parking especially when located in city centers and near airports.

And should the hotel lot fill up, there's no shortage of paid parking nearby. The area is riddled with pay lots, given the proximity to the airport.
Thanks Vic and Sara, I guess I'll be trying to park in the hotel lot. As long as they are willing to let me park there as a non-guest. Well, not a "sleeping over" guest.

from the PaizoCon faq:
http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1gb#v5748eaic9q1wevidently there is a NON-overnight parking rate of $8/day, as well.
D'oh! Good to know! That is a huge relief actually. I'll just have to make sure it's known I'm not staying the night in case games run late.

On the off chance the hotel lot is full, the Clarion Inn 1 block west of the Marriott (towards the airport) has overnight "airport parking" for 7.95 a day.
In addition, if you don't mind walking about 4-5 blocks, there is neighborhood parking available just off 176th St. east (away from the airport) from the hotel.
