Regarding ORDER # 2581328

I have not received this yet, It states that the status is "Shipped via Standard Postal Delivery" and I'm trying the 'track this package' link, but I'm not getting easy to understand results.

can you help me figure out what the status of this order is?

This is what it says when I click the 'tracking' link:

"Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time. Tracking may take 24-48 hours after your mail piece has shipped. Please check back at a later time for additional information.

If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper."

Hey Wade,

Your order was processed for shipping on May 22nd and shipped by May 24th, with an estimated 4-8 business days in transit via Standard Post. As of this post it is the 23rd business day so it is well beyond its delivery estimate. I have set up replacements to be sent with your next subscription shipment.

Mail Innovations, the company that provides tracking when we send packages Standard Post, recently made a change to their tracking system and it is not currently working with our shipping system. We are looking into getting this fixed as soon as possible but it likely won't happen until after PaizoCon.

Justin, I know this is from WAY back in the day.. but in the fall, my work slows down, and I'm able to focus more on my RPG hobby. so now, I'm wondering, did this ever ship out a second time? I don't think I have ever received that book. are you guy's showing that it has shipped twice now?

I think I see what was going on, this was set up to ship with my next subscription order, to save on shipping... but, that next order was not going to ship till Dec. 2013.

That makes sense, but, I'd like to get it earlier, soooo - I went in and ordered subscriptions that will ship sooner. (like I said, fall time = RPG time! hehe.)

Anyway, could you make sure that the items from order 2581328 come in the next shipment, and not the one in December?
