Hmm, I didn't know there were four. I only ended up needing to speak to two of them. I guess I was pretty narrowly-focused. The test didn't work out so well, though. Whoever wrote it may not have expected a full-on non-combat PC.

More Level 20 stuff:
It depends on the route you take through Arcadia and whether or not your character's been to Castrovel. We also had a bit of an easier time of it given the fact that our table had full access to free radical blasts. Well worth trading that country for it.

I believe that is correct; currently the only way to reach level 20 is to achieve level 19.2 through sanctioned module play, then play or GM Race for the Runecarved Key. During a brief window it would also have been possible to use the faction retirement scenarios, Rivalry's End and Way of the Kirin, but that should no longer be an option because there are no more Lantern a lodge or Shadow Lodge PCs.
