Proposals for expansion/refinement:

Relabeling Andoran as "NotAmerica, Circa 1786"
Adding Tian Xia nations, with similar labels. NotJapan, NotChina, etc.

(Basically I'm taking the Resident Evil "NotSpain" joke to its extreme conclusion)

One pleasant surprise about this is the joke even works in reverse. I've taken to using "Andoran/Andoren" in place of "America/American" in real life, and even people who don't play Pathfinder usually understand I 'meant America.'
