So in the errata for the Advanced Class Guide they changed they sniper slayer 2nd level it doesn't say that you have to give up the 2nd level slayer talent that you previously had to before the errata. So at this point for society should it be RAW or RAI

It's both.

The PDT made a post that outright states it doesn't replace the 2nd level talent.

Here's the post. Last paragraph says instead of replacing a talent, they automatically get that ability at 2nd level.
