I went through the pledge system - Nowhere did it mention my actual pledge level at $535.00. I'm guessing it has to do with the various packaging. That said, one reason I did pledge at that level was the benefit to manage my avatar here on the messageboards. How does one do this?
Here is the payment info.
Greetings from Amazon Payments,

If you go to the pledge tool (here: My Pledge Drives you should see a box on the right that says "Total Pledged". It shows your Pledge level as $35.00 and that the total you paid was $535.00 and that your available balance for upgrading pledge levels or adding add-ons is $500.00. If you are on Step #1 there is text below the numbers that says "Your Pledge Level: $35 Adventurer". You might need to scroll down your screen a bit to see it. You have until June 30th to make changes to your pledge level (step 1) or add add-ons (step 2). Any unused portion of your pledge is just a straight donation to the MMO, it is not refunded. The side bar on the right also tells you where the various rewards from your pledge level are.
Hope this answers you questions! Let me know if you need further assistance!
thanks

Sara - Thanks much for the info. Unfortunately, something is not working right. I signed on to the $35 + $500 to get access to: "$500 - Hellknights Most Wanted". But I don't seem to be able to choose it.
I tried very hard to make sure I did things correctly before I pledged: http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2pd2s?Before-I-click-the-button#7
Maybe I'm missing something though - Is this already chosen for me? I can't find the key piece I was interested in ("We will then use Paizo's Pathfinder artists to render a full-color head-shot of that character and then use that head-shot to create a wanted poster of your character." along with the ability to use this as an avatar here).
Nothing is listed in "available add-ons".
Thanks in advance for your help,
~D

Which step in particular are you not able to complete?
1. On step #2: Add Ons; scroll all the way to the bottom to see "Hellknights Most Wanted". In the description it says "In addition, you can provide Goblinworks with a proper name for a character and a 300-word description of that character for use on a wanted poster from the Hellknights in Fort Inevitable. You will even be able to tell us what your character is wanted for! We will then use Paizo's Pathfinder artists to render a full-color head-shot of that character and then use that head-shot to create a wanted poster of your character."
2. Click the "add" button to add it to your pledge.
3. Scroll all the way to the top and click "save changes"
4. Complete any other steps if needed.
5. Sit back, relax and plan your 300 description for when Goblinworks is ready to fulfill that part of your reward! (timeframe is not currently set for in game rewards).

Hi Daemonslye. I'm new to this site and am still getting familiar with how to go about posting messages on this board. As such, I felt I should send you a message by replying to your most recent post. Anyway, I had recently came across an old post of yours, wherein you said that you had created a Pathfinder conversion for the Basic D&D module B4: The Lost City, and I was wondering if it wouldn't be too late for me to request a copy of this. Any chance you could send one out to me? My email address is: [redacted]. If you could, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks so much!

Hello Born Again GM,
You can send someone a private message by first clicking on their name. That will take you to their profile page. On their profile page you will see a link that says, "Send private message" unless they have opted to not receive private messages. I am removing your email address from your post as we would rather not have your personal contact information on a public forum.
