I'll try, but I have no questions.
Quickly...the Black Cats are lieing in wait for me...
People are setting up ladders...
Someone turned my horseshoe upside down...
Someone took my lucky cig....
Someone is prunning all the four leaf clovers in my area...
Someone is flipping all the random peenies laying aroung to the tails side...
My luck is being destroyed....
I Blame Cosmo

I'm looking for some advice on a player I'm GMing for. She's playing a very...promiscuous...character. She's wondering about things like the possibility of pregnancy. I've mentioned night tea, which is in the Adventurer's Armory, but she's wondering more about the possibility of being captured and using her feminine wiles to try and trick her captors.
I believe the correct response is that a pregnancy in-game should only occur with both the approval of the GM and the player, but this is a rather odd question, so I thought I should get a second opinion...

I will say whatever you and the player agree on is the best solution. I have seen this handled alot of ways such as a random roll...or the player deciding it happens...or both agreeing it happening...or the GM deciding on their own.
What works best is not so much about the solution is that both the GM and the player(s) decide on this issue together.
So if the player above agrees with you that is the correct response.

Have you gotten any further in Council of Thieves?
No...not as of yet...it is something that used to annoy me about that group...but have learned to just live with it. When your GM works retail...the games run at his retail schedule. And since no one says we are playing 'x' game tonight and 'y' game Sunday...we kinda have a potluck gaming...and too many games. So we havenot actualy thos combination of people yet.

Anymore questions? Must get off page 13...it is bad luck.
Are you a fan of The Order of The Stick?
(Depending on your answer, more questions may follow.)

I was till he did not update the comic to 4th edition because of "story line" BS.
Yet he still makes fun of 3.5 D&D...yet did not want to make fun of 4th ed...atleast that is what I remember him saying at the time.
After that I kinda of lost interest as the "story line" meandered too much. And alot of the jokes just started to fall flat.
I might go back one day and start reading it again but I defintly needed a break.

A lot of others are also saying that, that he should have then "converted" to Pathfinder. :)

You are tasked to design an Iconic 4 person party to be illustrated by Wayne Reynolds, and none of them can be a race found in the core rulebook. Who are they? (No stats needed, just the basics!)
You get to add one city from another setting to Golarion. Is it Freeport? Sigil? Manifest (from Ghostwalk)? Hollowfaust?
Same deal, but one country or continent from another setting. Nyambe? Zakhara? Hamunaptra? The Scarlet Brotherhood? Io's Blood Isles (from Council of Wyrms)?
Let's get this off page 13!

What would you say your opinions of Josepth Campbell's Monomyth, or Hero's Journey, are? I think I recall that it was involved in the writing of Wrath of the Righteous, and I think I can see the patterns it describes in Rise of the Runelords. The attack on Sandpoint's the Call to Adventure, Skinsaw Murders are the "Refusal of the Call" in the sense that the PCs are now thoroughly involved in fighting Karzoug's minions, Ascension in Sins of the Saviors where their spiritual strengths and shortcomings influence the weapons they gain to defeat Karzoug, etc.
I think it's pretty cool!

I really don't think he like the 3.5/PF system...and well just can not stop beating that horse.

-Female Tiefling Rogue
-Male Ratling Paladin-Female Catfolk Druid (drawn in the style of Bestiary 3)
-Male Changling Sorcerer

Well Sigil on the great beyond would be cool...but actualy on Golarion I have to go with Hill's Edge from the FR

I would love to see the Moonshae's from the FR just to give some Celtic love to Golarion.
Let's get this off page 13!
Hopefuly.

I think it is one way to tell/ run a campaign...it is not the be all end all though.
I tend to run very sandboxy type games.

Okay, I need to ask... why Hill's Edge? There is an entry in Volo's Guide to the Western Heartlands... and nothing else.
Ditto. The Realms has a ton of places with potential, like Hillsfar or Tantras or Raven's Bluff or Baldur's Gate (and some places that do nothing for me, like Waterdeep and Silverymoon), but Hill's Edge is a complete mystery to me.

Which iconic is most likely to get a happy ending?
Which iconic is most likely to get a tragic ending?
Which iconic is most likely to get a mindscrew "Gainax ending"?
| John Kretzer |
@Sissyl and Set: I liked Hill's Edge because of the intrigue factor of having all those power groups involved with the city....yet none really control it or really wants to control it. Which I think Golarion is lacking in a way.
It also has a major temple to my favorite FR goddess Lliira.
And I had a character elected as mayor of the city.

Which iconic is most likely to get a happy ending?
I would like to see Feyia get a happy ending.
Which iconic is most likely to get a tragic ending?
I think Alain will get the tragic ending.
Which iconic is most likely to get a mindscrew "Gainax ending"?
I think the Summoner will get a ending like this.

WHat's a beguiler?
They're also a very tasty critter when butterflied, stuffed with bacon, butter, and thyme, and then roasted until the skin is crispy and the thigh meat reaches 165 degrees.
