What is Cosmo doing that requires him to ship sooo many over 70lb boxes?

I blame Cosmo for trying to get each of the bodies he's shipping into only two or three boxes, instead of chopping them up smaller to fit into more manageable 25 lb. boxes.

Also I blame Cosmo for how difficult it is to re-assemble a dis-assembled cave raptor when you were accidentally shipped two heads and only three limbs.
