Under the alignment archetypes listed for Neutral Good is the healer. I was wondering then why under the Lawful good talent there is a perfect healing talent, I think it's called Healing Touch (I don't have the book on me). Can the talents be used with any alignment or are they limited to specific alignments?

Yes, those traits can be used with any alignment.
