I am not sure if this is the right place but I never got my Kickstarter Rewards for this one. I thought it was coming via mail someday until I saw it for sale in your store, then I realized I must have missed something.

I wasn't able to find any Kickstarter information associated with your Paizo.com email address. Your rewards are tied to the email address you used to support the Kickstarter. You should have received an email to the address associated with your Kickstarter account.

What email address did you use to back the Kickstarter? If you want, you can send this information privately in an email to us: customer.service@paizo.com

I was able to determine what was causing the delay on your products shipments, and I have set them to leave our warehouse as soon as we can confirm your shipping address. You should be able to confirm your shipment on your Order History page.

You should be able to click on the order number to bring up its detailed information, including its shipping address. If this address is still correct just let me know and I'll have your package ship shortly afterwards. If it needs to be changed just send me an email to customer.service@paizo.com with your new shipping address and I'll be glad to update it for your order and then ship it.

It looks like you have two paizo.com accounts and this is on the other account. Please email customer.service at paizo.com from both accounts indicating you need to merge them and we can get your rewards shipped out to you.
