RAW FOB / TWF question

If a monk uses FoB, or any character uses two weapon fighting, does the penalty associated with it (-2 for TWF, Variable by level for Flurry of Blows) apply to attacks of opportunity made during the following round, my gut tells me yes but I can not find anything to support this.

To my knowledge, no. At least, I've never run it that way, nor seen it run that way.

FoB and Two-Weapon Fighting are special full attack actions.

The penalties last for the period of that full attack action.

That's it.
