my kobold ninja lawyer

Advice

making a shielded fighter seems like alot of work

I think I am going to switch concepts and go with my kobold ninja lawyer instead

I am going to take 1 level of monk and have a decent wisdom then do all ninja. then use my favored class bonus to increase my monk wisdom modifier

I will take dragon paragon
weapon finesse and the rest of my feats will be improved natural armor. and maybe extra KI.
he will have profession in lawyer. and speak like a britsh gentelmen but be a kobold.
am I missing anything?

I am thinking katana or wakashi?

maybe not a British accent but something you would not expect from a kobold.......

Or you could play him like Matlock.

The favored class bonus only works if you take levels in your favored class.

crap! that never passed my mind well scratch that then I will go all ninja

I may go goblin just because I like goblins I usually play the big strong human face puncher and want to switch it up to a more fun/ ridiculous character i have decided on small, natural armor classes

Silver Crusade

I want to make an archaeologist bard that I play like Peter Falk as Columbo.

grippli looks cool no natural AC though

so there is no real favored class bonus for the ninja then because it is a alternative class

Silver Crusade

alternate favored class bonus is a new ninja trick every 6 levels.

where are you getting that information?

i think you have to take three levels of monk (mystic archtype) to have the ki pool be wisdom. (ninja's using charisma, so silly imho). then one you had ninja and get a ki pool you can decide whether to use charima or wis. the earlist the monk gets the ki pool is level 3 i believe.

I know I was going to take monk for the favored class bonus 1/3 ac a level but had a brain fart not realizing i had to take a level of monk for each time

Ninjas are rogues, you use the rogue favored class option. Only problem would be if you play in PFS.

Is this a homebrew game? If so I recommend checking out the 3rd party product The Kobold Kings by supergenius games. It has rules for kobolds that are on par with the normal pc races plus alot of fun feats and options for kobolds.

no home brew running serpents skull AP

I don't know about that favorite class bonus. What does raw say about it

Silver Crusade

RAW says that ninja is an alternate class of rogue (sorta like a glorified archetype), so the favored class bonus for rogues would apply to ninjas.

Notice cavalier isn't on that list either, but every other base class is.

I know what a alt class is this description says nothing about favorite class bonuses.
