Order #3022044 Problem

Every time I am attempting to click purchase I get the message that my card was declined. I've attempted two cards now, and got same message on both. I know that they both work as I have used them today and days previous, as well one was used for another Paizo order just a few days ago. Curious if anything can be done about this issue. At first I thought it might be my credit card, but as it didn't work with others of mine I doubt it's a block from the company.

Also, question on the new order layout (which I have to say so far not liking), I don't see any place to add my order to be shipped with my normal subscription. This could be a problem, as I usually add items at random and then wait for them to all get shipped at once each month. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The problem with the card looks like it's an issue on our side of the system at this point. There has been a bug popping up for some new subscription orders where system is having trouble setting the preferred payment method to the starting subscription order. So...it's trying to charge something, but there's nothing set there for it to charge.

This is something the tech team is working on fixing. In the meantime, it's a really quick fix from our side of the system for an individual order, once it's brought to our attention. I have kicked things into place from our side, and it looks like you should be good to go!

Currently, the order is set to ship whenever it can. If you would like it moved to your sidecart to ship with your June subscription order instead, just let me know!

As for adding items to a future subscription order, have you tried the following steps when placing the order?:

When you have everything added to the shopping cart, click the "Proceed with Checkout" Button.

This should typically bring you to the section that has the boxes with different numbers.

1. Click on the box/button that says "Step 2 - Shipping"
2. Click the Button that says "Change Shipping Details" 
3. Click the button in the "Sidecart It" section that says "Ship with My Subscriptions"

Thank you so much the help Sharaya. I have received an email stating the order has gone through. If you could attach it to my next upcoming shipment (I believe in June) I would appreciate it.

I will also try the steps you presented to me on future orders, as I have not tried that nor did I know I could do such a thing. Thank you.


Just tested a new order. Now that I know how to change the shipping, I'll take back my previous statement about the change to the ordering. It looks nicer, and once you figure out how to make necessary changes it's easy.

It looks like the warehouse was actually able to get this one processed for shipping earlier this morning, and our outgoing shipments for today have already been picked up. Sorry about that! I hadn't realized that "whenever it can" would actually be today. Sorry for any inconvenience!

No inconvenience. Just means I get to listen to the Pathfinder Legendary CDs earlier then I expected :P All is good.
