It was lots of fun....but, I didn't get to play in the paint cuz by the time I got there she was almost done. I got to see both girls for a split second before they went off to work, and best of all I got to spend some real quality time with sweet baby....not so baby anymore J.J. His adorable curly headed self with huge dark brown eyes and all those lashes.....toooooo much! I got pictures and video of him outside hugging his tree. Oh my gosh you would just die. He was going to the tree and pointing at it and saying, "Tree tree" then he'd put his little arms around it...well mostly and lean his head against it. At one point I thought he was gonna kiss it. Lol
I got the vege's for the pot roast...but when I took the meat out to season it I discovered that it was still frozen solid so I just doused it in Worcestershire sauce and lots of seasoning, wrapped it up in lots of plastic wrap so it wouldn't leak, beat the hell outta it, and set it in the fridge to marinate over night.
It all worked out though cuz once my sister was done with the painting and cleaning of things, and was able to get a nice shower while I played with J.J and fed him...which he does so cute....he was taking chex pieces out of my hand one at a time and saying, "thank you" after each one and popping it in his mouth and ate a WHOLE banana...like taking bites outta it and everything....I just mean...wow.
Anyways, sis took us out to eat at Cracker Barrel where I got a salad with grilled chicken and watched him eat most of her dinner. Green beans, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Some of the meatloaf....but he was mostly about the vege's.
She also got me the most beautiful painting, or print of a watercolor...I'm not sure...but it's a beautiful faery girl and is titled, "Summer in my heart" in just the most beautiful frame. She said it had "Karen" written all over it and she couldn't resist. YOu know she's been sitting on that painting for over a month and trying to keep her cats off it has been like really challenging.
Anyways...yeah....overall it's been a pretty awesome weekend. Even with the annoying technology crap. Lol My sister gets me pretty much, even if the rest of the family doesn't. Depending on what happens I might have J.J. over here with me next weekend since she's going to mom and dads and my niece is still breast feeding for some reason...even though she's practically dehydrating herself and can't hardly make any milk. It's okay though because we supplement with baby formula....but I might get him next weekend depending on what happens, so I really really gotta clean up the place this week and stuff just in case he does come over.
If he does come over though I'll probably be pretty busy, so I won't be on too much.
But yeah....awesome weekend. I love my kaboodle head, hims is the BEST ever in the universe. I LOVE YOU BABY!!!

Thanks, It's not over yet though. I'm watching OUAT and having dark chocolate truffles that were part of the gift from Henry's mom. I get to have a cupcake later too.
Don't actually know if I can manage the cupcake....

I could make my own cheesecake if I wanted to....but this is far less messy. hehehe

Yeah so some idiot headcase called in a bomb threat, so by policy it had to be treated as credible until it was deemed that it wasn't. Joke's on that dumbass. They traced the number.

Did my exercises and now onto the electrical stimulus part. Then Ill pick up Henry and go home to make the pot roast. YUMMY!!

Just had a meeting/focus group with head of Corporate security about improving the process for stuff like what happened last night.
Biggest problem was people panicking due to lack of communication.

I just pulled something really bad in both of my upper thigh areas. Like both legs. I was chasing after some children that were running after geese and something pulled really bad in my legs. I swear I'm just trying to cripple myself or something.

Front......it hurts really bad and I'm having trouble walking now. Ggrrrr
Hmmm sounds like a grade 2 quad pull. Only thing you can really do for it is Ice ,and compression, like an ace bandage, then hot soak. The good thing is it's way less severe and heals way faster than a hamstring pull.

*Shrugs* It's okay. Ill stop hurting myself one of these days. I tried stretching it, but it still hurts. Took 4 ibuprofen, maybe that'll help.
I don't understand why they pulled now though. I've chased those kids and geese lots of times and never hurt myself before......until now.
Well...I'm plum tuckered out. Took another kind of anti-inflammatory thingy after my hot soak in the tub and now I'm all sleepy and think I needs the bed.

I've been kinda wondering when the best time to come out there would be....season wise, or which month if there's one that's better than others? Keep in mind that I will be going in that ocean...so maybe one of the warmer ones? Though I'd go in it no matter what. There is no power great enough in this universe to keep me out of the water. Even though it's less than half of what's normal I get my first paycheck in awhile on Friday. $$$
Hey...money be money. How's the job going so far? I know you're still in your training period and everything but is it pretty much what you expected it to be?
We review and sim call tomorrow, then start OJT on Friday. Nothing really unexpected so far.
For the most part it's dealing with two types of people. Those that forgot their password and or security verification and those that aren't tek savvy enough to know basic terms like browser or URL.
