I slept for crap and I'm sore.
The dog is acting crazy for some reason. Is it supposed to storm or something today? She just keeps whining and yes I already took her out.

Oh....my body is so tired. I feel like I haven't slept in ages....but, I just know that's not true. I'm just so....tired.
Too sleepy to think. Only 4 days of work left.
At least they're gonna give you three days off.....I'm sorry baby, I know you're tired. We need to go to bed soon too because I have to get up with you in the morning to go to work so I can take myself to that physical therapy place so I can show them just exactly what I can do.

It's time these fools figured out who they're messing with. My body doesn't control me, I control it. I tell it what to do and it damn well listens to me.
Okay...I think it's time for us to go lay down. I was laying on Henry on the couch while watching him play Dragon Ball Z and my chest just started pounding and my heart was feeling funny....so I think I'm gonna go lay down now.

Well...I went to this Ortho Doctor today after working out in PT for nearly an hour...and impressing the hell outta them if I do say so myself....anyways, the doctor was pretty impressed with my rate of recovery so he said I could go back to work on Wed but to be very careful with my back and to lift the children as little as possible and when I do to remember my body mechanics and keep them close to me when I pick them up and put them down.
Ashley just said not to pick them up at all....but that's not really possible with our age group.
I'm just glad it's healing faster than it did last time. Ashley actually told me that with all the times I've fallen that I'm lucky I haven't had to have surgery and that I'm not getting any younger.
I laughed and told her "No kidding?"
YAY!
They said they had to send me to the orthopedic specialist because I have a history of falling and previous back injuries....so they wanted to be sure that the Med doctors prognosis was correct and that everything was really okay. I guess it kinda makes sense. They want to be sure I'm not doing major damage to my back muscles or spine.
OH nick....I almost forgot but, how was your visit with your folks? Did everything go okay? Hope you all had a good time while they were there.
All the driving I had to do today though kind of agitated it though...so it got to hurting pretty bad by this evening...but after dinner I took a tramadol and a flexeril so it should ease up in a bit...and I'll probably be ready for sleepy sleep soon.
Henry is playing Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 to try and relax from his week.....very very long week my poor cadoodle head.
He's not off till friday...but at least they gave him a three day weekend...so that's good.
Everything was great! Saturday, we went to Medieval Times. Sunday, we went to Sea World. All in all, we had a blast.
That is very good and much needed.
That's great Nick, I'm glad you got to spend some real time with them. Family.....well a good family is hard to come by and should be treasured when you have it.
Personally I think he deserved a four day weekend...but there was no way they'd give that to him. But he won't have to work any more weekends for quite a while.
That's even better, retail on the weekend is a headache on the best of days.

I sooooo sleepy....it was a long day today. I've been up since like 6am and spending most of the day driving myself places.
I seriously seriously DO NOT like driving in this place. Tooooo many stupid people.....just toooo many and I don't have my disintegration button installed yet. I want a laser cannon mounted to the front and rear of my vehicle so I can keep people from riding my ass, and get rid of the bozo's who cut in front of me from two lanes over because they forgot apparently what exit they were getting off of....sheesh!
There's definitely a reason you don't have lasers mounted on your car,lol
Personally, I'd have Particle Beams. They're more powerful.
I'd drop a portal to midday traffic in Delhi in front of them.
Well...I got a call from someone this evening trying to set up my PT appointments...but, working the hours I do it's proving very difficult to do so. I'm trying to get them set up for the afternoon, but Friday is really the only day this week I can do that...I don't know how to work this out....
I haven't even started it yet and it's already stressing me out.
Well....we have to be up at 2:45 so I can get Henry to work by four and then I need to come back home and try to get another hour or so of sleep before I go to work and then spend most of the day worrying just how much they're gonna screw me over with this PT crap that I'm already sick of.
So...I guess we'll be going to bed very very soon.
I apologize for the slowness this is causing in the game, but I'm almost to my days off.
It's okay honey, you don't have to apologize. People understand that your work and health take precedence. Just two more days of this craziness to go baby, you can do it.
It's perfectly fine Henry, I kind of need the slightly slow pace to get back into the grove again. The prep for my parents visit was extensive.
I can only imagine. I'm just glad you had a good visit with them.

Well, I can't sleep for crap now. Cramps on top of everything else and I can't find a comfortable position to sleep in where something of mine doesn't feel like it's going numb........this sucks.
It's ok. We've all been dealing with a pretty intense cold so it's been a bit slow with taking care of everybody any way. Besides, 35 posts since I last checked isn't bad.
Ugh.....I feel sick to my stomach now. Back at home, need to try to rest till 6am when I have to get up and ready for work. I just feels so icky.
Sorry. Try to get some sleep, it should help.
Rest....sort of, sleep....not really. Kinda hard after I've been up for a bit. Oh well, time for me to get ready for my own job.

Inventory is going fairly well. Much better than last year from what I'm told.

12 hour days suck. Just one more and then I'm off.
Okay...we are both finally home after Henry had a horrendous 12 hour day. I feel super nasty and need to take a shower before I make my super yummy Teriyaki pork, vegetable, and rice stir fry with some fresh cut up baby carrots thrown in.....mmmmmm.....gooooooood.
I gots to needs my meat! It's been kind of a crazy day for me too. I was hurting pretty bad earlier, but an amazing thing happened.
This little boy in our class with some serious neurological problems resulting in a larger head, for which they are talking about surgery and placing shunts in his brain to help with the swelling.......took his very first steps today in our class this afternoon. It was crazy amazing.
I got it on video on my phone so I can show his mom next time I see her.
I finally got my initial evaluation PT appointment set up at this other clinic they want me to go to, but I got it changed over to a clinic that's more convenient to where Henry and I both work so I don't have to drive all over hell and back and waste a bunch of gas.
I have to leave work an hour early tomorrow to get there on time, but at least I have PTO to cover it so I'm not really losing that much. I only get paid partial salary if I missed more than 7 days of work and I refused to let the dr do that to me....so, I gotta do whats I gotta do.
It better not be another 12 hour day either or I'm gonna be bustin' some heads. For reals!
Well....Henry passed out and I have to get my cook on so we can eats and takes stuff to help us not hurt so much so we can get our sleep on a little later.
So I had the carrots that I lightly bathed in lemon juice with just a pinch of salt a little pepper and a decent amount of ground ginger and garlic getting nicely caramelized in some evoo while I was doing the dishes, I just added the meat and here in a little bit I'll add the rest of the vegi's, then rice and top it off with some soy sauce. Yummy yummy to our tummy.
Dinner should be ready soon, and I'll get Henry up here in a little bit.
