Just a case of not enough sleep and feeling slightly oogies. Making dinner now though, so some food should help.
Ah ok, yeah that should help. Sonds like you might've had a bit of a sugar crash while you were asleep too. A lot of water should help.
yeah....I know there are certain things I should probably stay away from with this hypoglycemia.....but, I just can't help myself sometimes and it's hard to control how other people make things. They only brought me the one cup of hot cocoa...but it was so strong that I had to have them bring me hot water to dilute it with as I was drinking it. I emptied almost an entire cup of hot water into that hot cocoa to try and make it less like chocolate syrup soup, and more like hot cocoa.
I'm bad....I know and it's my own fault cause I do it to myself.
So, I have to make sure I get plenty of rest tomorrow and then come straight home monday morning and go to bed since my procedure is at 1:30 in the afternoon. I'm gonna need to be rested and relaxed because it sounds like a very not nice procedure. I was reading up on it, that was a mistake. I'm probably gonna need an ativan to go with the pain meds I'm gonna take to keep from cramping up really bad when they do it.
Maybe that's part of the reason why I've been having trouble falling asleep.....I've just got too much in my brain that I'm worried about right now and I can't seem to shut it off.
I just called work and I have to sit again with Mr. I want my dead grandma back crazy dude.
Geez....oh well....I guess it could be worse.
It definitely is. You've got a lot going on and that's understandable. But yeah, for something like this you need to be relaxed. If at all possible get a massage or something before, to help you de-stress.
Hopefully he goes under earlier tonight and stays under.
It's hard because my girl isn't in the office on sundays or mondays....so unless I want to let a student near me....which I have a lot of muscle and nerve issues so I don't know how keen I am on that idea, I wouldn't be able to get a massage before hand. I'm trying to not try so hard to relax, does that make sense? It's like the harder I try to relax, the less relaxed I feel.....so, I think I have to stop trying to force it and just.....be.
I'm hoping he's out by the time I get there really....I don't wanna hear anymore from him. Last night was enough....he's one of those kind of crazies that just....he's just creepy, that's all...just plain creepy.

I'll do better at work tonight though, food wise. I'm taking things high in protein, so that should help...plus all the water I'll be drinking. The air in the hospital dries me out.
I'm taking some bannana nut oatmeal 12gms of protein, greek yogurt 11 gms of protein, some granola, and a nutri grain protein bar...then ginger snap cookies to help settle my stomach and kinda tie it all together. I'll probably get a milk to have with it too.
It'll be alright though, I come from sturdy peasant stock. LOL

*mock innocence* Who....me? I never said they were a meal....exactly. LOL
Sometimes my throat is just super dry and it needs ice cream...that's all. LOL

Oh yeah.....the stuff he swallowed is in his colon now, so it's only a matter of time. I have to call the nurse whenever he goes to the bathroom so she can look through it for the objects.....eewwww. Oh, and it's Nancy again tonight. It's like her fourth night working this week. He's in bed right now though, just hope he stays quiet.

Well....now she's back with her babys daddy.....I guess she's given up on trying to do better for herself. Everytime I see her in the break room she's on the phone checking up on him......really? Total soap opera hospital. Lol
