I'm so tired, and I can already feel my anxiety building.
I'm really starting to feel all the meds I took now. Now that I've been able to sit down and relax a little. I took the Lorazepam, flexeril, and tramadol right before we went to the dentist, then he gave me the nitris....now I'm feeling sleepy.
Wow everything....exploded. I'll catch up when I can.
Sorry, it's storming now.
Just got to work, last time I slept was before I got up to go to work yesterday.
Dude....you have got to get some rest at some point. I'm sorry you haven't been able to sleep and that you guys have so much going on, but you have to get some sleep before you end up getting sick or something.

Take it from someone who knows, your body can only go on like that for so long.
Please be careful and take care of yourself.

Trying to decide what we want to eat, and where we wanna go. Choices kind of limited since our river is so high now, and we wanna stay on this side of it.
Even though we're going to North Little Rock tomorrow to hang with Ashley and Jonathan. They invited us over to grill, or have pizza and play games, or watch a movie, or just whatever. Lol
I have to go across that river all week next week to work in Maumelle, so I'm hoping it doesn't get too much higher.
I think we're just gonna go to Cracker Barrel.

Well, Ashley got ahold of us before we ledft the house, and we ended up meetijng them for dinner at this place called Crazy Hibatchi.
Henry and I got the teriyaki salmon. He got steamed rice, I got fried. It came with soup, salad, and then I ordered some sushi and Henry got some fried octopus. He also got a small bottle of hot saki.
We had a lot ofc fun, and we'll be going over to their house tomorrow evening for dinner and games.
We ain't home yet. Had to stop by store forf dog food and some other stuff.

Soooooo good, but waaay too much. Tooooo much goodness. We're not used to eating like that. Lol
The servings are like....huuuuge. I brought part of my salmon, fried rice, and the rest of Henry's vegetables that hef didn't eat home, and I still ate too much. Lol
Oh yeah, we finally made it home a little bit ago.
I need to re-elevate, and re-ice my feet.
Dixie woke up and started whining a while ago. I tried letting her outside, of course she wouldn't do anything. I changed her bedding, tried to put her back to bed, and she continued whining.
Since Henry has to work in the morning, and I can't have her waking up the entire building, I had to get up. I guess I don't get to sleep.
Aww sorry. Hopefully she'll go back soon.
Maybe now that she's on the couch, but I'm already freaking awake and I'm not sure if she'll stay on the couch so I can go back to bed, and I don't want her waking up Henry. I need a better couch.
Plus, the stupid birds are already up and making a bunch of noise.
Well, since it's horribly bright outside, and there's no chance of me actually going back to sleep, I'm having a cottage cheese cup. There's these little cups of cottage cheese and they come plain or with fruit. I get mine with either strawberry or peach and it's like made with 2% so it's low fat, but it's only 5.3 oz and has like 16 grams of protein in it, and hardly any sugar or fat. Though it is a little high in sodium.

Apparently when these new Asshats took over, there were lots of things that weren't communicated to the residents. Or at least us. I'm not sure about everything.
They said that the monthly pet fee is going up to 20 bucks a month, our water is going up, and they're going to make us pay another non refundable pet whatever of 150.00, plus an additional 87.50 for what Fu<k ever.
I am totally pissed off and done with this place. That's on top of them losing our rent renewal paper work and trying to charge me an extra 100 bucks on top of the already 656.92 or whatever it is I"m already paying. So...suffice it to say, I blew my top.
I'm talking to Ashley and finding out who I need to talk to in the bank and what I need to do to start the process of buying a home, because I am done with Little Rock, and I am most definitely done with this damn place and the morons who "run" it.
Oh I found out why she was whining this morning and woke up so early.
When I was doing the laundry this afternoon, I had gathered up the bedding from her crate, and found that she had vomited again. I guess her tummy still isn't doing too good.
Ashley said if she's still like that on Monday, that I should I call those people back and talk to the vet or nurse or something.
I don't know, she's just barely over 7 lbs when we took her to them on Wed and she feels like she's losing weight again. I'm trying not to worry about it too much...but it's kinda hard.
We just got home a little bit ago. Between the food that I ate, all the water I drank, and the pain from my foot....that pretty much took care of any kind of buzz I might have had. Lol
Took my pain medicine, so hopefully go night night soon. My poor Boobear had to get back up cuz Dixie started whining.
She's been acting funny ever since we brought her back from surgery and shots Wed.
I'm pretty sure I remember it too Athena a week or two to get back to normal after getting fixed, so that may be normal. Hope you get some decent rest.
Trying to. She started this whining at night stuff again, after she was goingv to bed so well. It's okay, we not gonna play that game.
I think I let my pain level get too high, because I'm hurting no matter how I lay in this bed.
The dog is up and so am I. Not like I need sleep, as crappy as it was lat night.
I can sleep on the couch, it just doesn't do good things for my body.
I took the pain medicine too late last night I think, so...it didn't really work well. I spent most of the night tossing and turning, so I don't think I got enough rest for the medicine to be effective.
I woke up hurting and cranky, I'm still hurting....but I don't feel like eating anything, so I can't take anything for it. We have to go out to lunch with his mom, which means going to a Chinese Buffet in this gawd awful heat...so I don't really want to eat anything right now....but it occurs to me that if I don't eat at least a little something...I might over do it by the time we go there and make myself sick. Which I don't want to do that either.
I'm really better suited to colder climates.

I guess if I can't get rid of it, that I'm just gonna have to get used to hurting all over again.
Just waiting for Glyniss to let me know when she wants to start doing the aqua thing at her place.

As long as I don't eat an entire plate of sushi, I should be okay. I think that's where I go overboard, cuz all that rice makes it really heavy and it's just too hot for that.
It's summer time, and around this time I try to stick to a lot more salads, and less of the heavier proteins and starches.
The swamp is not a good place for me to live. Especially when it's flooding. Lol
I'm very glad I didn't kill Laenid way back, on the beach.

I don't know what this dog's problem is all of a sudden, but she needs to be quiet and let me sleep. We had her going to bed just fine, and ever since we brought her back from the clinic, she's been acting like this and it's driving me insane.
Got all the gear recorded, anyone want anything now?
Seeing the foot Dr tomorrow. Hoping he can figure out what the Hell I did to my foot. Or st least come up with a plan to figure out what to do next.

Okay, so time for a quick update.
Saw the dr this afternoon and he was feeling around on my foot, when I wasn't trying to jerk it away from him that is, and like parts of my foot are still really tender, and others are completely dead. Like I can't feel them hardly at all.
So, he is going to schedule me to have an MRI sometime next week, they'll call me tomorrow or something once they find out where I can go and whatevers. Then we'll just have to go from there once he has a better picture of what's going on with my foot.
