Oh these noodles are soooo good. Me. Helen said she's gonna make a mango dessert and bring it to me tomorrow or the next day. You should have seen my face. Big grin.
Sometimes I really hate people. If your child has a fever, and you know they have a fever...KEEP THEM AT HOME! She told us this morning it was just 99 and by 11 it was over 101. Now the daddy is saying that he can't leave work to come get him, but he'll try calling his wife again. What the HELL is wrong with people? That boys mama works for a public school and is on spring break right now. There is no reason why she can't pick him up.
The Grandpa finally came and got him at like 1....I mean...it's just ridiculous though.

OH....those noodles she made....were sooooo good. Henry loved them too. I can't wait to see what else she makes me....*giddy laugh*

Also, we are going out to my parents house this weekend so we can get our taxes done. I just wanted to let you guys know in case we're not able to get a lot of posting done. We'll try not to let things sit for too long though.

Nope nothing fixed as yet, obviously a bigger problem than they thought.
It just makes it a pain since you have to remember to actually look in threads to see if there's something new in them.
Also, dinner was really good tonight. Lots and lots of raw carrots, broccoli, and celery. Sliced apple with homemade fruit dip. Some super yummy chicken salad and wheat crackers....I have GOT to get the recipe for that chicken salad cuz it was awesome. I also had some squash, one meatball, and one little bbq pork slider sandwich with coleslaw...also one piece of Holy Cow Cake.
Latest ETA is tomorrow. Apparently, they have to implement a patch and want to make sure it doesn't wreck anything else.
Which makes sense, Last thing you want to do is make things worse.

Oh man....my body is so sore and between the crazy weather and the pollen I'm all kinds of jacked up.
I don't know exactly....but it was Damn good. Almost kinda like a German chocolate cake mixed with a butter pecan something. It was super super moist and tasted like it even had caramel in it.
It's part of the reason I'm up so late. Good food followed by a really rich dessert....it took a while for it to settle. I'm sleepy now though and warming up under the covers with Henry so I sleep soon.

Well....you know what they say about too much of a good thing? They were right. I'm pretty sure that I overdid it, and now my tummy and acid reflux are having an argument and I'm not sure who's gonna win...but I do know that if I keep laying down right now, that everything is gonna come right back up...so I guess I have to be up for just a little longer to try and let it settle a little better. It just feels like it's already up in my throat.
OKay.....I'm gonna try to lay down again. I think part of the problem is that I'm stressed out about Sandy not being there tomorrow. I know I can handle running the class...it's just a lot more stressful when she's not there. She has a couple of dr appointments that she has to go to. They are checking her thyroid and getting an ultra sound of her liver.
You'll do fine. It'll go easier if you get some rest.
Yeah.....so much for that. Even though I elevated my head and stuff I coughed almost through the night. I got maybe an hour or two total sleep.

I'm gonna try. Been coughing my head off all day too and now my voice is going. My throat feels like I swallowed a cactus. I'm hoping it's just the pollen and crazy weather, and not something else.
Julie just came through and jumped cuz she didn't expect to see me in the conference room. She got me some more peppermints cuz she said I needed them with all the coughing I was doing. The people I work with can be pretty great, when they're not too busy being grown size children.

Notifications are finally fixed!
Yeah and I was gonna eat chicken soup with rice for dinner, but added just a little too much hot sauce to it and now I can't eat it. So I gotta find something else that I can eat without feeling like something is tearing out my throat.
Looks like it's gonna be chicken salad on wheat crackers, and raw vege's.

Gonna try. We still gotta turn the dryer back one more time. I had to do laundry. I didn't want to come home Sunday evening to a giant pile of it. I partly need some of this weekend to relax and unwind after this week we've had.
At this point I don't know what to do to make it feel better. I have some sherbet and some popsicles, but I think the sugar would just agitate it more....I don't know....I've tried just about everything I can and it still feels like I swallowed a cactus.
Okay....finally gonna try sleep sleep. Wish me luck. I'll need it with having to drive all the way out to mom and dad's after working all day.
Yeah......we both slept for crap last night. So...wish both us luck as we share the drive to mom and dad's. Henry will drive to Bald Knob, and I'll have to drive the rest of the way...in the dark.

I forgot the school next door was closed and didn't bring a sandwich. My wonderful boobear brought me one of those microwavable cups of chicken noodle cuz him loves me. Ms. Sandy said if he couldn't bring me anything she'd share her pb&j with me. The soup helped though I think. Thank you sweetie! I love you!

Of course had to stop by a Wal-Mart on our way out. I needed honey, cough drops, peppermints, and a few other little odds and ends that I didn't think of before leaving the house.

Finally made it here. In one piece, while driving in the dark and by the time we got to Cave City...the rain....well sprinkles really. Exhausted now and I need medicine, and some hot tea.
