I was under the impression that RP gave you more rounds of rage just like barbarian levels did but someone just told me they don't think it does.
So, does it? It couldn't really stick you with limited to no rage until you hit the 6th level and then force you to start sac'ing spell slots just to keep up the ability that all the class abilities revolve around, could it?

As written, Rage Prophet does not gain additional rounds of rage.
They only count their Rage Prophet levels for the effect of Rage Powers.

Savage Seer: A rage prophet's class level stacks with barbarian levels for determining the effect of rage powers, and with oracle levels for determining the effect of oracle revelations and his oracle's curse. This does not grant additional abilities.
So no, it does not add to the rounds of rage.
