Shard of Envy Question (spoiler)

The shard of Envy gives +1 insight bonus to AC.
The Ioun Stone for it is a Dusty Rose Prism which gives +1 Insight bonus to AC.
Insight bonus does not stack.
My question is does the shard of Envy with the Ioun stone give the user +2 insight bonus to AC or just a +1 bonus?

Hmmm. Maybe change the Shard's bonus type to a luck bonus? Or convert the it to an insight bonus to all saves?

Derp. That's a bit silly. I would change it to a +2 bonus.

In my game Sheila doesn't know the specific Ioun Stones to disable the curse of the shards. It just seems like something she would have no way of knowing. So if the PCs want to use them, they have to deal with the curse (but I increase the bonuses they give to compensate)

Since the ioun stone "pseudo" fuses with the shard, in my game, I am just adding any overlapping bonus and saying that the combined shard / stone gives the total of both. In this case +2 AC.

However, YMMV.....
