Apologies if this has been asked, but I can't find a matching thread.

Given that the pdf of the PF Core Rulebook, and Guide to the RIver Kingdoms, are products I already own, would it be possible for me to gift them to another member of the boards, who hasn't subscribed to those product lines?

The option exists when purchasing pdfs via the normal online store, and I wondered if the same option were available for the duplicates.

If this were available for any of the third-party contents of the pdf pack from the Goblinworks Kickstarter, I would be grateful, as there are a couple of items I recognise as already owning.

This isn't a complaint at all, since they are bonus materials after all, and intended as an advertisement for the publishers.
I simply think it could be good to spread the word on these products to people who I believe could use them (without compromising my own watermark).

I too was wondering the same thing.

As I understand things this is partly due to Kickstarter's rules. It's in their interests to do what they can to ensure that pledgers get what they've backed for. Consequently, it would make sense for them to impose a clause to that effect in the agreement between themselves and whoever sets up a project - even if it was widely drafted and potentially caught customers who wanted to "opt-out".

I wouldnt claim to be in the know, but that would kind of make sense to me (even though I'd much prefer to be able to gift a lot of the things I'm entitled too).

I suspect the reason that this is a no is because it's vastly simpler to run a quick script on the user database that sets the available flag for the pdfs to yes for all backers than to run it through checking each pdf on each backer, and set it to yes if it's a no, but give a gift copy if it's already yes. Especially since that would involve developing a way for users to gift pdfs seperate to the checkout stage.

So as a guild backer I will get 6 copies of the pdfs, or I am going to be forced into deciding who to give my copies of the game to now, 18 months before anyone will get to play the game?

You won't get 6 copies of the pdfs (you can only ever have one 'copy' of the pdfs). What you'll probably get is some way to specify the details of who the rewards go to. What the timescale on that will be I'm not sure.

If it's been answered already, elsewhere, and been rejected, that's OK.

I acknowledge it could be a difficult thing to organise, especially if you were to try involve all 30+ publishers.

I just couldn't see if it had been considered, unless I'm looking in the wrong part of the site, or if it were an FAQ on the Kickstarter itself.

A lot of the interest for the MMO will be coming from folk who are already playing PF as a TTRPG, though I realise one of the aims is to expand the fanbase, from the users of other gaming media.

Many of the TTRPG crowd will already own the Core Rules pdf, so, while it's a welcome part of the package, and I can understand the benefits of providing it to people new to Paizo, I can see a similar benefit in allowing old subscribers, like me, to pass on the benefit to someone I know who's not yet a gamer, or who has yet to try the PF brand.

Buddy and Guild backers will be able to specify other people who each get a complete set of rewards matching your own. (You don't get to say "this person gets the soundtrack, that person gets this PDF, that other person gets a novel, these 20 people each get one daily deal item..." That way lies madness—it's all or nothing.)

You don't have to decide who those people are right away... but there will be a notice that some rewards will be subject to continuing availability, and if you wait, some things might go away. (The obvious such thing is early access—if you wait until the early access period is over, clearly you can't give it away anymore. Less obviously, if a publisher has to withdraw a PDF from circulation because, say, they got sued for plagiarism, we wouldn't be able to continue fulfilling that.)
