So when do I get to start downloading all those wonderfull PDF's?
I would guess a minimum of one week, as I think thats how long KS give you to make your payment. GoblinWorks will probably get the backers list in the days after that and then that needs to be handed off to Paizo to release the PDFs.
What echilda said, though it could take up to a month for us to get the info from Kickstarter on who bought what (that is what the Kickstarter rules say). Basically, once Kickstarter and Amazon sort through all the payments, they will then send us a list of all the backers and whose payments successfully funded. We will then import that list into our database here on paizo.com and send out a backer reward email so you can tell us things like your email address, if you have a paizo.com account, etc. Then we sort through that mess and once we have it all lined up, we will put the PDFs in your account and you will get an email telling you that they are there.
So a little patience as the folks at Kickstarter and Amazon sort through things and then let us know who bought what!

I know my bank has already put my donation in pending status. So fingers crossed.
Payment! KS was super quick to charge my credit card within a minute of closing. No slowness in grabbing your money for sure. So I guess, almost all payments have been received by Amazon already.
Yep, Lisa and co are going to spent plenty boring hours sorting out the pledges.

The vast majority of payments will have been made almost instantly, but Amazon & Kickstarter will only ever do the transfer in one lump sum, so they will wait to ensure that everything is completed on the small amount of cases that will have had problems before sending everything along the chain.
On a slightly related question do we know when we'll start seeing emails confirming things for the add-on packs, like Emerald Spire?
I thought I saw in the email something about June 2014 but I wasn't sure.

Thank you Lisa for responding. I am really looking forward to going through all those PDF's. That was an amazing deal you guys at Paizo threw in to help the KS, you have my thanks for sure.
The PDF Super Pack would happen in a month. The Emerald Spire still needs to be created, so it will be a while before we see it. Probably release PDF at same time as hard printed version.

I can't wait to get my accounts linked up and become a Goblin.. :)
just as a referrence:
for the Tech Demo, Amazon charged my CC on 9th July
Kickstarter asked for response on 12th of July
the Thormkeep book was up for download on October 31st
that was with half the number of backers, and a much smaller dungeon
The Thornkeep books in physical format haven't shipped yet.

The autographed Thornkeep books are shipping next week, while the regular edition Thornkeep books are shipping next month.
Liz Courts wrote: The autographed Thornkeep books are shipping next week, while the regular edition Thornkeep books are shipping next month. One slight correction to this. If you backed a level where you got a physical Thornkeep book but not an autographed one, you will still have that shipped out to you next week, at the same time the autographed books are shipped. Basically, all of the Technology Demo merchandise should be shipping next week.

My subscription orders says that my autographed Thornkeep version and the flip mats will not be shipped tell next month. The other tech demo stuff is being shipped next week though.
Since the PDF pack includes some PDF's I've already purchased, is there a way for me to gift the duplicate PDF's to a friend?
Any news on when we will get our PDF packs?
Selias Trailtracker wrote: Any news on when we will get our PDF packs? Check out the blog post When the Demon is at Your Door. It opens with Your Kickstarter Pledge and You.
Quote: If your rewards include the PDF Superpack, those PDFs will be added to your paizo.com downloads as soon as you complete the fulfillment process.
...
If any of your rewards include physical products such as printed books or miniatures, the pledge management system will let you specify your shipping information. (If you have any paizo.com subscriptions, we'll ship your rewards along with your subscriptions, so subscribers just need to keep their subscription address up-to-date.) All of the physical rewards will be shipped at one time; we are currently projecting a shipping date in June 2014—if that changes, we will keep the community updated.
If the email address you used is the same as your paizo account, it lookslike they started adding the not yet produced thing to the accounts (I saw the soundtrack and emerald spire listed in the "added to your account but not downloadable" section yesterday... didn't think to check for the others
Has anybody received their PDFs from Paizo Kickstarter yet?
Last weeks blog said that most issues with the fulfillment system have been worked out and Paizo & GW will be sending out emails to everyone. Just make sure your email for the KS and the one you used to set up your Paizo account are the same and we should see them very soon.

I am glad Selias Trailtracker raised this thread and I want to thank Imbicatus for the heads up. I don't look at my Download page every day so it was nice to find out the PDFs were in my downloads.
Thanks.
I see the downloads in my downloads directory, although they say I am unable to download them at this time.
Presumably I must await the email and enter my pledge manager access code to finalize and toggle the permissions?
You can actually see that the pledge manager has been linked to your account on the account page. I had a look but at least one section just crashes, so investigate at your own risk!
@ Selias: No, I don't think so: Did you scroll down? The top of the page is filled with errata documents which I think you get only if you bought that product. Scroll down and see if they aren't there.
Anyone know when the Emerald spire PDF will become available? It appears in my downloads but cant actually be downloaded yet

Mine as well. No message to say so but all working. Everyone who has pledged should just check. All good stuff
Yeah, I have a ton of new PDFs available for download that were added "Yesterday" :)
Last week's blog says this week and this weeks blog says next week. So, I wouldn't recommend holding one's breath BUT... It appears we're getting closeR so I, for one, will be checking every email and coming to the forums more often. YFMMV
I just wish the super dungeon was released in time to make a better estimation with my Dwarven Forge KS pledge. Unfortunately for Paizo it means over-extending myself with DF (prices lower than they'll ever be) which will eliminate or lower investments over here for a while.
Enjoy!
Hmm... apparently I'm now officially a Goblin Squad Member as well. Hadn't noticed that till just now.
Oh frabjous day! Calloo callay!

The pledge management system has been rolled out. We're not sending announcements out just yet because we want to see if there are any problems before inviting thousands of people to come bang on it all at once.
If you pledged to Kickstarter with the same email address as your paizo.com account, we've already connected up your pledge and you should be good to go. If you do not have a paizo.com account, or used a different email address to pledge, we'll be sending out an email with instructions on how to connect your pledge to your paizo.com account.
You can adjust add-ons, change your pledge level, check on the status of your rewards here: My pledge drives page
Hey! What's this lil green guy on my shoulder? OW! He bit my ear!
Being wrote: Hey! What's this lil green guy on my shoulder? OW! He bit my ear! You should probably have that looked at. And disinfected. With fire.
WOOT! picked my add-ons and added more! Thank you Gary!!!
BTW, how long will we have to purchase more add-ons? There are a few more I'd like but will have to wait for payday :)
I have already a little problem. I was seen that I can also change my drive from the demo. Curious I change my 30 for a 50. Even if they said you can change until 30 jun, I can't return to 30. What should have do?
Random question.
How to I add the buddy for the buddy level so that they can get their things?
How do I add addons for my buddy, since add ons had to be pledge on just the one account?
My pledge manager says I have "TWO month game subscription", but that should be four months.

Step 3 will let you send an invitation to your buddy if he/she has a Paizo account.
I'm interested in how the add-ons should be allocated as well. I pledged for several (class packs, Twice Marked, etc) but need to allocate them between accounts.

You should not have been able to make changes to your Tech Demo pledge: the cutoff for those changes should have been March 1 and was displayed in error.
I have refunded the difference and returned your pledge to the $30 level.

A very big thank you for adding the $35 Adventurer Tier as an add-on!
Gary Teter wrote: We're looking into this now. Thanks :)
WooGobbyHoo!
Sounds like its coming together!
I guess I need to make sure my wife is registered on Paizo too (we are both $100 pledge members). I need to read up to understand the buddy system and whether we want to take advantage of it. Seems like we should have a 'twice hitten, once buy' ranking to me!
;-)
Just to double check I'm not missing anything, the current fulfillment tool is not being used for character name reservations or land-rush declarations, correct? Cause I did not see a place for them anywhere.
