Silent Tide does not have any poisons on the chronicle sheet. A scroll of delay poison doesn't meet the litmus test for "poisons on a chronicle sheet". Or am I missing something?

Always available? No.

Are some poisons always available to classes with poison use? Some are.

Are there some types of poisons that are only legal if they are on your chronicle sheet? Yes.

For the tangy twist it adds to the flavor of the milk.

You beat me to it! If you poison a goat with Con draining poisons the milk comes out as yogurt.
