Flight+Grapple= Death by falling

Advice

What would be the best way of creating a character that can swoop in, fly-by-attack, grapple a bad guy and fly up with him?

I was thinking Styrix Tetori or Pugilist (barbarian).

Things that will be problem-matic are how do you get enough movement bonuses to flight to increase it enough to account for flying UP with another body held in your hands/feet; how does having the grappled condition apply here and what happens for class features that remove the Grappled condition from you; if you manage to get the bad-guy up high 200ft, can you drop him as a free action?

Druid?

You cannot fly easily while you have the grappled condition. You have to wait until the turn after the grapple was initiated then if you make your grapple check you can move have your movement(whatever your vertical movement is with all the extra wight) and he will get a free attempt to break free at +4.

Move: You can move both yourself and your target up to half your speed. At the end of your movement, you can place your target in any square adjacent to you. If you attempt to place your foe in a hazardous location, such as in a wall of fire or over a pit, the target receives a free attempt to break your grapple with a +4 bonus.

If you are still in control of the grapple you can release it as a free action once you reach your desired height

How does this interact with things like

Rapid Grappler (Combat)
You are a quick hand at grappling.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Greater Grapple, Improved Grapple, Improved Unarmed Strike, base attack bonus +9 or monk level 9th.
Benefit: Whenever you use Greater Grapple to successfully maintain a grapple as a move action, you can then spend a swift action to make a grapple combat maneuver check.

Would using something like a Garrote make this easier to pull off. This is one of my most lusted after character concepts and with the addition of Styrix, I would love some advice on how to best pull this off. I am open to all classes however I would prefer to focus on Barbarian, Fighter, or Monks.

With Rapid Grappler and Greater Grapple you get to make three grapple checks and should be able to move have your speed with all of them

A Garrote would not help. That only provides the additional choke option

Also remember that flying up at greater than a 45 degree angle is a DC 20 fly check. If your a Strinx (fly 60') with a medium or heavy load your speed goes to 40'. If you succeed on a grapple check you can move half which is 20'. If you make the fly check you can fly straight up (accension is half speed) 10'. If you fail it you can move up 5' and horizontally 5' or 10'. It will take you a long time to get 200' in the air even if you have Rapid Grapple and are making 3 grapple checks per round.

Scarab Sages

Not to mention the fact that each time he damages you while you're ascending there's a DC 10 Fly check to avoid losing 10 feet of altitude. Which you'll be taking a penalty on due to having the grappled condition.
Also, if you don't have Fly-by Attack, the rules on Collisions while flying might apply.
