Construct Pricing and stats Help

So, I want to build a Soulbound Doll, with the Advanced Template.

I am not sure what the cost would be, or how to determine it.

Also, I am not sure what the statblock should look like.

Any advice?

I'd check the PRD about constructs.

But I saw:
This section provides guidelines for those seeking to calculate the costs of crafting their own constructs. As a rough guideline, a construct’s price is equal to its challenge rating squared, then multiplied by 500 gp.

So it would be (don't mind the math tech):
(2 (base) + 1 (template))^2 = 9 * 500 gp = 4500 gp.

I did also note that the doll cost 2300 not 2000, so maybe add in an extra 300?

Looks that way. I found the 300 extra cost:

A soulbound doll’s body is made from wood, stone, or porcelain, with one exquisite item worth at least 300 gp to serve as the soul focus
