Racebuilder homebrew race for a homebrew setting

Homebrew and House Rules

I've started working on a new homebrew setting, having decided my last one was too much just a map for the core rules to sit in. So I thought I'd build some flavour to it by have some creations unique to it.

It may be a bit too heavy on the fluff text, I got a bit caught up.

But if anyone feels like giving it a look over, I'd appreciate any feedback, especially as to how well balanced it looks and I had to try and work out approximate point costs for a couple of things myself. I'd also appreciate feedback on the movement speed, having trouble deciding if standard is right or if it should be slow.

The links in it are to the prd where possible, going to the d20pfsrd for a couple of things.

Small creatures normally have a speed of 20ft, do they not?

Not sure if the Race Builder costs it that way, though.

Also the plant type actually costs 10 RP, making this a 16 RP race at least.

I'd calculated the 10RP for the plant type in to it.

You listed it as 6 RP in the document, which confused me.

Looking at it again the numbers actually look right, my mistake. However, I find it a bit... uncomfortable that this race, which is described as having all the features of half elf children, has access to a racial trait called Seducer. Might want to rename that.

Good point, I didn't think of that at all and just used the name for the charm power that the race builder gave.
