I think I am probably the only one who can use the two scrolls.
I'm not sure if anyone else can use the wand of ghoul touch. If not, I say we sell it. Pai doesn't plan on getting close enough to use that thing.
And Paxs, any spells in my spell book you can cast, I'd be more than happy to share with you, so you can learn it as well

The wand can be sold for 1,935 gp. With a Knowledge Local or Diplomacy check of DC 15, you can sell the library volumes for a total of 700 gp. The robe of bones can be sold for 400 gp, 600 if you offer it to the same person you're selling the books to.
The arrows are +1 arrows.
In addition we're going to enter a period of three weeks when you'll be patrolling, but otherwise things will be pretty quiet. If you want to craft or purchase items, Marshall Kroft can get them for you with a 10% discount.

I'm fine with selling the wand, the times, and the robe.
Pai will definitely be making some scrolls, or buying some, if there are any around for purchase during the downtime.

Also we can sell the stuff from the alchemical lab (or at least destroy it).
If Ruperta can take 10, she makes the Diplomacy check without problem.
On the stuff our dear master tell us are 3,235 Gp, split in 5, 647 Gp each.
On the downtime Ruperta would like to track and make sure the people the rescued from the dungeon is well (not accepting any rewards besides a drink and a smile) and try and track Trinia, confirming she is. OK and safe. And if able, try to gather information on how the king was murdered and who really did it.

Actually one of the people you rescued finds you. The wiry thief from the pit finds you in the street and presses a wand into your hand. "This is thanks for saving me. I think you'll find a use for it."
The wand is a wand of cure moderate wounds with 34 charges remaining.
