Is there a way to get e-mail notifications to threads you are active in?

Also...

Is it possible to get new posts sent to your e-mail in such a manner that you could hammer the reply button and post to a campaign thread without needing to post from the boards?

We don't do email notifications, but we do have RSS feeds for every thread. Also, your campaigns tab will show "x new" for any thread associated with a campaign that has new posts.

We don't allow posting to the messageboards via anything but the website.
