Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment.
Not really spooky, but it kind of screws with your mind (and expectations of things). Also, the boss is a real creaper.

If you want a genuinely creepy game, I recommend Black Waters.

Watch the films The Ring and Dark Water (the Japanese versions are recommended).
Then run Black Waters. Emphasize the trapped schoolchildren's descent into madness and cannibalism. Mention the ragged school uniforms on the ghouls and how their deadly touch fills victims with a hideous, insatiable hunger for decaying flesh. Find a way to show the PCs how the trapped students were taken under the tutelage of the crypts' undead inhabitants, who shared their rot-tainted repast with the starving children.
If you'd prefer something more "action/horror", then Among the Living is a good bet.
