My girlfriend wants to be a GM and she has formed a group of players that have no experience with tabletop rpgs. I checked through Paizo modules and 3rd party modules and the only thing I think would be GM and player friendly would be the BASIC modules by adventureaweek.com. So I want to know if the community can suggest any modules from Paizo or 3rd parties that would be beginner firendly.

Aside from the Beginner Box, you mean?
I think the Hollow's Last Hope and Master of the Fallen Fortress could be a good start. They are available for free here.
And another one which is supposedly good for beginners is Crypt of the Everflame.

I like Crypt of the Everflame. That was my first module.
That was going to be my advise too. There is also a flip-mat (it's an order one might be hard to track down) of the dungeon to make mapping a none issue for your first adventure.
It is also Part I of a trilogy with Masks of the Living God (Part II) and City of Golden Death (Part III).

I think the Hollow's Last Hope...
This is a very good first adventure (I've ran it several times), the designer included extra notes on how to handle some of the situations that pop up, which I think is great. The only drawback is it is a 3.5 OGL adventure and not Pathfinder but the differences are very trivial.

I started off a complete bunch of new players (my kids & their friends) on Rise of the Runelords, and it was great! There was a little of everything with a nice, simple start. It has some straight out dungeon crawls, some rescue work, a nifty bit of detective work in a city, and a battle finale at the roof of the world. Another good one is Curse of the Crimson Throne, but that isn't out in Pathfinder rather than 3.5 yet. Best beginning and rationale for building a party ever.
If you want to kick off with the beginner's box and the trial adventures in there, go for it to get the hang of the game, then go into a full-blown adventure path once your players have the hang of things.
