Hunter, I have no problem with you grabbing stuff from my class. That's why I posted it, I didn't want to continue spending a bunch of time working on my own version and try to charge money for it if yours would be out there for free :)
I'll try to attack the specifics of your class tonight and suggest places where ideas from mine might fit.
As far as the base attack, I really feel like it needs to be 3/4 BAB (so +15/+10/+5 at 20th level) to make it relevant as a real attacker. You're going to miss way too often with your cards unless you target touch AC otherwise.

The first version had full BAB, the second says 3/4 and the third neglects to mention the BAB!?! But you're telling me it's the poorest? Gotta agree with cartmanbeck - 3/4 BAB.
Oh, you like those archetypes - here's another one:
Wildcard: themes in flux - has no control over the weave and warp of the card's fatestream - takes on different aspects without volition! Volatile! Part "Joker" part Wand of Wonder.

Hey Nem-Z - I'm pretty sure i've advocated what you're saying elsewhere before - a theme of archetypes that complement a range of Base Classes. It is nice for things like employing BAB differences for different roles.
Balancing the themed archetypes then becomes a measure of not each themed archetype against it's thematic fellows, but against it's Base Class' other archetypes. Which is another fantastic and alternate method of "checking balance".

Thanks Beck looking forward to seeing your comments.
Wolf when this class is finished I expect a nice little addition to this thread or a message leading me to your thread of archetypes so I can steal them and add them to my campaign world for this class lol.
Done Cardmaster is now 100% 3/4 BAB (+15/+10/+5) and is a striker role. Still working on deck/drawing cards optional mechanic and revamped spell list will be done this weekend.
Final note, card throw splash damage is out. Cards do way too much damge at mid/high levels with splash. Volatile Infusion Gambler's Gift staying as an option for those people who want to throw out a crazy powerful attack but can't do it every time.

What I wonder is if the character needs to 'cut the cards', during a big fight. Setting up plays with draws before firing off a killer flush of effects. When they are attacking with single cards, it's not as effective, and they might be able to 'reshuffle', returning cards to the deck before starting to cut the cards again. And Yes, I did get this idea from final fantasy type-o hd, with ace, but it works with the idea so well.
Hope to the heavens these guys don't pick up a Harrow deck, because then you really are in trouble.
