Got my email for the PDFs and when I go to my download page I see links for the two items but then there is a note saying "but are not currently available for download". Any prediction when I will be able to download these items? Will you send out another email to remind us?

Okay I went to Goblinworks and read the details there, but what happen to my name tag it is now blank?

My guess is that the pointer has been set up in the database for the kickstarter items, but the files have not yet been uploaded to the servers... as soon as the pdf file is uploaded, it will be available. Most likly they're trying to make sure all backers they can find have the pointers before uploading the file so that everyone gets them at once
There are some things that still need to be sorted out in the system in terms of tags and messageboard icons. However, your Kickstarter PDF will be granted sometime in the next 10 days as indicated in the email and Goblinworks blog. An email will be sent to you once the file is available for download from paizo.com.
