If you go to your My Pledge Drive page you can make all the adjustments necessary. There is not yet a date for when this has to be locked in, but we recommend doing it as soon as you are able.
Backers who pledged less than $50 can upgrade to any higher level up to $50. (We're not offering upgrades beyond that because of limited product availability, especially the autographed Thornkeep book: Wayne Reynolds and Ed Greenwood have already signed the bookplates, and they did just enough to cover existing backers.)

couldn't help but notice there is no claim number in the email I got, which makes it pretty difficult to claim my PDF...
Your should see on your My Downloads page the following message just below the list of errata:
The following 1 product have been added to your account, but are not currently available for download:
Pathfinder Online: Thornkeep (PFRPG) PDF
As soon as the files are available you'll be able to download them.
Since your pledge is already attached to your paizo.com account you do not have to worry about the claim code. That is only for people who's kickstarter email address didn't match their paizo.com account email address.
thanks

I have a concern regarding international shipment:
what will the shipment be declared as?
Gift or Goods at the value of the pledge?
Backstory:
Just recently I orderd a new Tilley Hat and claimed warranty on an other one.
I got a shipment of 2 hats,
the invoice showed one hat at 100$,
one hat on 75$-75$=0$
and shipment costs at 25$
however the Tax Office taxed me for a total value of 200$
From the look of the packing it was obviously shipped from a company, not a private gift.
I think legally the pleddge reward will be viewed as goods rather than a gift and if there is no propper declaration of value the Tax Office will take a guess - which might be at shop value (i.e. the book, mats and t-shirt with a price as similar goods in the local geekshop) which might turn out a wee bit higher than the pledge.

Is there a way to get the claim code re sent? I cant seem to find the email for it. Though i did get the email i assume came after telling me it had been sent.
Im wondering if it was accidentally deleted.i did recieve the emails about the book and pdf etc. I think i get a shirt with the lower level and want to make sure it fits.

I also wonder how to find my code, as I have no recollection of being given a code and nothing is in my downloads... and I believe my housemate who pledged even higher than I hasn't gotten anything...
just making sure that you are talking about the technology demo kickstarter, not the actual game kickstater (those emails havn't gone out yet)

The Captain is correct. If you are wondering about the Pathfinder Online kickstarter (which ended on January 14th), then these emails are still being processed. We have not yet sent anything out.
If you are wondering about the Pathfinder Online Tech Demo Kickstarer (which ended last June, and which the OP and previous posts are concerning), then you will need to let us know which email address you pledged under, as I did not find a pledge associated with the email address associated with your Paizo.com account.
Once we are finished processing the pledges from the January Kickstarter, then we will send an email out. If your Kickstarter account email address matches your Paizo.com account address, then your pledge will be automatically connected to your Paizo account. If your Kickstarter email address differs from your Paizo address, then we will send your Kickstarter email address an email with a claim code that you can use to connect your pledge to your Paizo account.
Thanks,
