Are they usable together? Friend has a halfling ninja using agile wakizashi's and already has risky striker.. can he take piranha strike and stack the damage?
I have the ARG, but I'd missed Risky Striker.
I knew about Piranah Strike, but because I don't own the source I can't use it in PFS.
The prohibition in Piranah Strike only applies to Power Attack, so since the bonuses are otherwise untyped, it looks like you're good.
