I'm going to be playing in an upcoming Society game at a con here in Ireland and I've decided to play an Aasimar Inquisitor 1 / Paladin of Yaheine 1. I want him to switch hit between using his bastardsword one handed while wielding his shield and using his sword two handed. Here are his stats.
Str: 14
Dex: 11
Con: 12
Int: 12
Wis: 16
Cha: 16
Right now all I can afford his scale mail, heavy steel shield, bastardsword, and typical adventuring gear. I haven't chosen traits nor his feat yet. I was thinking about taking Power Attack but I'm just not sure yet. His "to hit" is only going to be +3 normally so I think that -1 from Power Attack may hurt too much in the beginning. I do have my Judgement ability that could grant me a +1 to attack rolls to offset the -1 but I'm just not sure. Which route should I go with this character?

You should play an angel blooded aasimar for the +2str/cha instead.
I would go stats:
str 14+2 = 16 (5points)
dex 10
con 14 (5points)
int 10
wis 14 (5points)
cha 14+2 (5points)
a 14 wisdom is a fine start for a inquis build and u can always get a headband later. I would go pally for ur first level for higher hps, heavy armor, and a smite.. power attack should be your feat..

Where can I find the Angel Blooded Aasimar besides the SRD?

The "Blood of Angels" product.
I'd note that WerePox's advice about angel-blooded provides several changes:
* bonus to Strength instead of Wisdom
* skill bonus to Heal and Knowledge (planes) instead of Diplomacy and Perception.
* alter self instead of daylight. There's some debate about outsiders casting alter self. (Briefly, do the rules intend that aasimars change into humanoids, or should it work like disguise self?) So you might expect some table variation in PFS. In any case, alter self should allow you either an additional +2 in Dexterity or Strength.
Several of the alternate racial traits from the Advanced Race Guide erase some of these changes. For example, if you decided to take "Truespeaker", that racial trait replaces the Skilled racial trait, no matter what those skills are. If the PC is "Incorruptible", then that replaces the spell-like ability trait, whether that's alter self or daylight.

Incidentally, who is "Yaheine"? I first thought that was one of the Empyreal Lords, but no. Is that a legal deity in PFS?

Additionally, Paladin and Inquisitor do a lot of the same things -- increase damage through special class abilities rather than through feats like a fighter -- and occupy the same role: martial arm of a church. I would offer you this advice: compare, say, a 6th-level Paladin, a 6th-level Inquisitor, and a 3rd/3rd level hybrid. I suspect that you'll find the hybrid to be less powerful than either of the other two.
Also, watch out for actions that require your character to use a swift action to activate. Both paladins and inquisitors have a lot of them, and you may discover that you can't activate your Judgement during a fight, because you're also activating Smite or healing yourself with Lay on Hands.
