I just recently learned about Roll20 (link. It's a free (thanks to Kickstarter) browser based virtual tabletop that has managed to put together a pretty impressive set of features. Compared to other tabletops I've personally used, this one is my favorite.
What do the rest of you out there use?

Fantasy Grounds...only thing that could be improved is mapping tools. I know that they are working on improvements in future versions.

Myself I use maptool with the pathfinder framework Communication through google+ hangouts on air, which also records the games to my youtube channel You can check that channel if you want to see how the tools actually look in practice (warning kingmaker spoilers).

D20 Pro is, well, pretty pro. Once you've built up a library of spell effects and monsters it's really easy--anything you want to add to your game is a matter of editing an existing resource, and finding the right visuals. For maps I either troll the net or use Dunjinni to make very specific locations, and there's just tons of fantasy art for PCs and NPCs.

Wow, I used maptools for years and just watched the Roll20 video. It looks really great -- very polished, much easier for players to setup/use than Maptools. And the video feature is really compelling.
One things concerns me -- it looks like macros are global, not bound to tokens. Or, can you have token macros as well?
Also, is the macro language as extensive as the one in Maptools? I only saw support in the video for primitive dice rolls...my PCs got pretty creative with maptools macros in my last game, including macros for all their spells.

I have used Fantasy Grounds II, D20 Pro and Roll 20 and I like Roll20 the best. Its minimalist but that's perfectly fine. But that means it can easily work with any game. All I need is a easy way to import maps (check), a dice roller of some sort (check), and a way to import my own music if needed (check). Google Docs works great for having character sheets on hand and I'm set.

From what I've seen, macros are campaign specific. So on your account, you set up macros for each campaign at a time.
You can also only create tokens as a GM. So if you got a token you really want to use as a player, you can give the GM a url for the image, but it won't come with all the character info attached.

I use d20Pro predominately, but Fantasy Grounds II and Maptools as well.
We use mumble, teamspeak or ventrilo for online chat.
For PBP, I use ditzie and Google Docs, so the players can move their own characters or the baddies (I post what they need to hit for the baddies -- so they don't need me about to yay or nay a hit, they can "fluff" it up on a miss or hit)
Going to check out Roll20.

We pretty much use TTopRPG all the way. Skype for voice chat. TTop is dead simple and the developer for it is a regular on here.
