TWF and Natural Weapons

Rules Questions

Natural weapons, like claws, UAS etc. If you take TWF, don't you get full Str Mod to damage for your attacks? Also, any related rulings on similar TWF with Natural Weapons would be appreciated.

Natural weapons require you to use the full round attack action to get all the attacks at full strength damage.
TWF requires the full round attack action to use, if you use the remaining available natural weapons after the manufactured attack routine, they all are considered secondary (-5 and half strength bonus damage). Using TWF makes you declare a primary attack and secondary/off hand attack.

You can't use natural attacks in conjunction with Two-Weapon Fighting, unless you have the natural attacks attached to limbs not holding melee weapons, in which case they can all be used as secondary natural attacks.. Unarmed strikes can be used to TWF, but that's because they aren't actually natural weapons.

Here's the rules on natural attacks for you:
Natural Attacks:

Natural Attacks Most creatures possess one or more natural attacks (attacks made without a weapon). These attacks fall into one of two categories, primary and secondary attacks. Primary attacks are made using the creature's full base attack bonus and add the creature's full Strength bonus on damage rolls. Secondary attacks are made using the creature's base attack bonus –5 and add only 1/2 the creature's Strength bonus on damage rolls. If a creature has only one natural attack, it is always made using the creature's full base attack bonus and adds 1-1/2 times the creature's Strength bonus on damage rolls. This increase does not apply if the creature has multiple attacks but only takes one. If a creature has only one type of attack, but has multiple attacks per round, that attack is treated as a primary attack, regardless of its type. The natural attacks by size table lists some of the most common types of natural attacks and their classifications.

Some creatures treat one or more of their attacks differently, such as dragons, which always receive 1-1/2 times their Strength bonus on damage rolls with their bite attack. These exceptions are noted in the creature's description.

Creatures with natural attacks and attacks made with weapons can use both as part of a full attack action (although often a creature must forgo one natural attack for each weapon clutched in that limb, be it a claw, tentacle, or slam). Such creatures attack with their weapons normally but treat all of their available natural attacks as secondary attacks during that attack, regardless of the attack's original type.

Some creatures do not have natural attacks. These creatures can make unarmed strikes just like humans do. See the natural attacks by size table for typical damage values for natural attacks by creature size.

Format: bite +5 (1d6+1), 2 claws +5 (1d4+2), 4 tentacles +0 (1d4+1); Location: Melee and Ranged.

Natural weapons isn't like TWF.

Natural Weapons already get full strength mod to damage, half damage if it's secondary, and 1-1/2 if it's their only natural attack.

You don't take penalties for using all your natural weapons.

However, if you use a weapon, all your natural attacks become secondary attacks (with the -5 penalty), and any hand used for two-weapon fighting that has a natural attack cannot be used.

Also, no additional attacks from BAB (so something with +7/+2 is only going to get a natural attack at +7 unless specified.)

Also, TWF doesn't give you full strength to each attack. The primary weapon gets full strength to damage, and the off-hand gets 1/2 strength. You do get full strength on off-hand attacks if you have Double Slice.

Marthian summed it up pretty nicely.
