Will the conversion threads now just be an amalgamation of "How do I convert (comic book, movie, video game) character to Pathfinder?" or will there be room for converting actual modules to Pathfinder ala daemonslye, silke and others?

The Conversions forum is for discussion of conversion any kind of material to be compatible with the Pathfinder RPG. The only tricky part is dealing with copyright and other intellectual property issues. We're not lawyers here so we can't give specific advice about how to remain on the right side of that line. But there are some reasonably bright lines that we can pretty easily say "do not cross," mostly revolving around "don't post the entirety of a work, or a complete derivative work, or a link to a complete work, or a derivative work" that you do not actually own the rights to.
I wish I had a better answer but this stuff is tricky and since all of our livelihoods depend on copyright law functioning properly, we need to be extra careful about it.
