I received my three rulebooks today, and noticed a problem with the AD&D Players Handbook (1E) Hardcover. The binding is not glued to the inside covers of the book. The brown liner paper is free from the cardboard on the front as if it never received it’s final attachment process.
How do I progress from here? I would obviously like to receive a book that is in good shape which this one is not (through no fault of your own).
Do I send it back to you? I would like to avoid the shipping costs if possible.
Please advise.
I've set up a replacement order for you (2162519) and we'll get it shipped out as soon as possible. Would it be easier for you to ship the book back and be reimbursed for shipping or to get a prepaid UPS label and drop it off at a UPS location?
