Getting new races in the ARG

It says in the resources that you have to have a chronicle sheet in order to start a Aasimar or Tiefling PC. How do I get one besides going to Gen Con or Dragon Con? The cons I have gone to do not have these chronicle sheets and such.

Host a small 1 day con in your area. If you can get 5-6 tables pef slot, Piazo is good with Prize support boon chronicles.

Sorry ShadowDex, apart from Tim Statler's suggestion you seem to be out of luck if these boons aren't turning up at your other cons.
I could be wrong about this, but I think Aasimar and Tiefling boons aren't being handed out anymore.
You might have missed your chance.
Sorry dude...

HOWEVER, I was listening to the recording of Mike Brock's PFS panel at Paizocon and he mentioned that 3 races would be opened up come the new changes at Gencon. Aasimar or Tiefling might be included since they were taken out of boon rotation?

Maybe just wait a month before making the character to see.

Remember that prize support does not necessarily mean racial boons.

You are best off waiting until guide 4.2 comes out. Mike has hinted that there may or may not be something about special races in the guide.

Exactly. Three new races are confirmed, so just wait a few weeks to see what exactly is announced. :)

I believe Aasimar and Tiefling boons were available at Paizocon, so they may still be in rotation. Of course, I could be wrong, and it could be that they're opened up at Gen Con. Really, you've got about a week and a half or so to wait to hear about it, so it's not like it's terribly long to wait if you've already been waiting a while :)

The Exchange 1/5

I have a tiefling ranger for society play, only second level but he does have a twin who's a ninja

Specifically, when the 4.2 Guide to Organized Play comes out on August 5.

AND after it becomes legal for Play at Gencon. There is a grace period between early August and gencon where the guide will be out, but will not have taken effect.

I believe it requires at least 12 tables for a con. Not all the cons in the dfw area had enough games to get support, because some are either too small or didn't have enough organizing support for multiple days.

But basically race boons are a con-only thing. It's the

They were not giving out tieflings at PaizoCon. They were giving Kitsune, Wayang, Fetchling, and Nagakin.

perhaps the next races will be more Varisian and less Tian Xia.

Fifteen (15) tables actually.

Also, running a con does not guarantee a specific (or any for that matter) race boon. The decision on which boons to offer for any convention are determined by the campaign leadership and vary from con to con.
