Hmmm, this lack-of-chivitos is yet more proof that I live atop an accursed Dullmouth. Freehold: Roll your save vs elemental Whedon damage.
Breakfast: Two cups of coffee.
Lunch: Slice of microwaved pizza and the last of the orange juice that is starting to turn.
Dinner (6 PMish Eastern): Oven-baked mac & cheese and a bratwurst sausage.
Chopped pork with mushrooms and cream, potatoes and princess beans.

Lunch: Breakfast All Day burger at Burger-Fi, green style (lettuce wrapped rather than a bun). Burger, bacon w/ maple syrup, hashbrown patty, fried egg. Amazingly good.
Dinner: Homemade white bean chicken chilli. Lots of hot peppers, onions, shallots, finished with a dollop of yucateca.

Never tried bacon with maple syrup before. Sounds tempting!
Myself, a toothfish recipe my great-aunt taught me last week: Toothfish cooked for 3 hours in a sauce made from wite wine, cappers, onions, and sour cream. The fish itself goes wrapped in pepper and tomato skin and then tightly held in tinfoil after it's done sucking up the juices. Since I'm not going back to the office after lunch, I'll make some garlic rice as siding.
Gah! I want that fish!
Me, I have left over chicken fried rice.
Breakfast: Two cups of coffee.
Lunch: Sandwich of Mom's leftover meatloaf, arugula, & chipotle ranch dressing on (semi-stale) whole wheat toast, plus side of cottage cheese.
Dinner: ????
A shot of glenfarclas 25 and later several shots of espresso from jubala village coffee
Leftover cheesy bread from Hungry Howie's and Girl Scout Cookies.
Mongolian barbecue again!
Found out I don't particularly like calamari. Thankfully I didn't get much of it - much more of the crab, shrimp, and steak.
Sandwiches with mortadela.
Lunch was a bologna sandwich and cottage cheese. Dinner was with the 'Rents: roast pork, homemade mashed 'taters and gravy, homemade coleslaw, fresh greenbeans (steamed), and a bottle of Guinness Draught.
Dessert is tollhouse chocolate chip cookies (also from mom) and milk.
Split pea soup with some fresh bread.
Dinner was dates and chocolate raisins.
Thursday though, Thursday will be excellent. Potluck at the Labyrinth! Andrea always has delicious food, and nobody can beat my pie.

In other news: Today's lunch will be left over corned beef and cabbage. It came out quite well, so I'm pretty enthusiastic about it.
bbq-sausages, deep fried cheeses, lettuce - I try to lure out the spring once and for all!
Yes... it does doesn't it. However it is also truth! For my pies won best tasting in the Pi day competition.
Also, I approve of cabbage. Cabbage, cabbage cabbage...
I also approve of cabbage! Get your cabbages, right here everyone!
Potatoes and carrot. No cabbage.
Lunch: Pepperoni sandwich and cottage cheese.
Dinner: Probably tomato soup and grilled-cheese sandwich.
Tree ears with meat strips.
Which now that I think about it sounds far more appetizing in the original Chinese.
Fish soup for today. No salt.
I will be braising pork meat with canned peaches and canned pineapple (I planned to add a fresh apples to that but I ate both for breakfast) for today and tomorrow (and maybe Tuesday, will see). Served with potatoes. Or maybe rice? Nah, potatoes.

As for the potatoes, my mother once taught me a nice way to make them stylish without too much work: Cut them in half, carefully remove the skin, toast it (as your would with a slice of bread over a burner), and then turn the meat into mashed potatoes while adding some cream cheese mixed with milk, and then put the whole thing inside the toasted skin. You can get it done pretty quickly and has both a fantastic texture and flavour.
Personally I just cook potatoes and then make a puree of them with either the gravy from the meat or cream. Sometimes both.
I got cheap apples today so they will go to the meat with the remaining peaches in place of pineapples that was used up in previous meals.

Leftover Italian sub from Hungry Howie's.
Leftover shepherd's pie (itself made from leftovers from Easter dinner), a garden salad, an apple, and a pot of jasmine green tea.
Today I will be making chicken broth with carrots. Broth itself will be eaten in next week as today, tomorrow and on Sunday I'll be eating chicken legs that will be base of the broth, served with potatoes and possibly some carrots and leftover beet.
Nothing! I forgot to eat lunch today!
How does one forget eating lunch? I'd tell you if I remembered!
Broth is brewing, potatoes are cooking...
Lunch? Maybe leftover tacos...
Pork-Curry (with Sweetpeppers, turnip cabbage and mango) served with rice and sugar snaps.
I'll be eating a dog for lunch today.
YOUR dog.

Leftover kielbasa with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
I think the other people in my office will hate me for heating this up...
Sandwich with cheese, a cup of peach-flavored yogurt and an apple. Later I'll have chicken leg with some carrots and potatoes.

Left over chicken stroganoff. It was an interesting recipe; I like how it turned out.
