            Slayer (Monk Archetype)
Alignment: A slayer may be of any alignment.
Weapon Proficiency: Slayers are proficient with all simple and martial weapons, as well as all weapons listed under monk. Wooden stake is added to the list of special monk weapons.
Detect Undead (Sp)
At will, a slayer can use detect undead, as the spell. A slayer can, as a move action, concentrate on a single creature within 60 feet and determine if it is undead, learning the strength of its aura as if having studied it for 3 rounds. While focusing on one creature, the slayer does not detect undead in any other creature within range.
This ability replaces the bonus feat gained at 1st level.
Focused Enemy (Ex)
At 1st level, a Slayer selects one favored enemy (usually “undead”). She does not gain additional favored enemies at higher levels. She does get to increase her favored enemy bonus by +2 at 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th level.
This otherwise acts as the standard favored enemy ability.
This ability replaces Stunning Fist.
Way of the Weapon Master (Ex)
At 2nd level, a slayer gains Weapon Focus as a bonus feat with one of her monk weapons. At 6th level, the monk gains Weapon Specialization with the same weapon as a bonus feat. Most slayers choose wooden stakes as this weapon.
This ability replaces evasion.
Anatomy (Ex)
At 3rd level, a slayer’s advanced knowledge of humanoid anatomy grants a +1 bonus on critical hit confirmation rolls. Her Focused Enemy bonus, if any, stacks.
This ability replaces still mind.
Martial Arts Master (Ex)
At 4th level, a slayer may use her monk level to qualify for feats with a fighter level prerequisite when those feats are applied to unarmed strikes or weapons with the monk special quality.
This ability replaces slow fall.
Exploit Weakness (Ex)
At 4th level, as a swift action, a slayer can observe a creature or object to find its weak point by making a Wisdom check and adding her slayer level against a DC of 10 + the object’s hardness or the target’s CR. If the check succeeds, the slayer gains a +2 bonus on attack rolls until the end of her turn, and any attacks she makes until the end of her turn ignore the creature or object’s DR or hardness. A slayer may instead use this ability as a swift action to analyze the movements and expressions of one creature within 30 feet, granting a bonus on Sense Motive checks and Reflex saves and a dodge bonus to AC against that opponent equal to 1/2 her slayer level until the start of her next turn.
This ability replaces ki pool.
Extreme Endurance (Ex)
At 5th level, a slayer gains immunity to fatigue. At 10th level, she also gains immunity to exhaustion. At 15th level, she gains immunity to stunning.
This ability replaces purity of body and diamond body.
Weapon Training (Ex)
Starting at 6th level, a slayer can select one group of weapons, as noted under the Fighter’s Weapon Training class feature.
Every six levels thereafter (at 12th and 18th), a slayer becomes further trained in another group of weapons.
This replaces the Fast Movement bonus gained at 6th, 12th and 18th levels.
Physical Resistance (Ex)
At 7th level, if a slayer suffers any effect that causes ability damage, ability drain, or temporary ability score penalties, the effect is reduced by 1 point. This reduction increases by 1 for every three levels beyond 7th (to a maximum reduction of 5 at 19th level).
This ability replaces wholeness of body, timeless body, and tongue of sun and moon.
Perfect Strike (Ex)
At 9th level, a slayer gains Perfect Strike as a bonus feat, even if she does not meet the prerequisites. At 12th level, the slayer can roll her attack roll three times and take the higher result. If one of these rolls is a critical threat, she can choose which one of his other two rolls to use as her confirmation roll.
This ability replaces improved evasion.
Defensive Roll (Ex)
At 13th level, a slayer may use the defensive roll advanced rogue talent once per day, plus once per three levels beyond 13th (to a maximum of 3 times a day at 19th level).
This ability replaces diamond soul.
Uncanny Initiative (Ex)
At 15th level, a slayer does not need to roll for initiative. She always treats her initiative roll as if it resulted in any number of her choosing (from 1 to 20).
This ability replaces Quivering Palm.
Greater Defensive Roll (Ex)
At 19th level, a slayer suffers no damage on a successful defensive roll, and only half damage if the Reflex saving throw fails.
This ability replaces empty body.
Weapon Mastery (Ex)
At 20th level, a slayer gains Weapon Mastery with the weapon chosen in her Ways of the Weapon Master class feature. Any attacks made with that weapon automatically confirm all critical threats and have their damage multiplier increased by 1 (×2 becomes ×3, for example). In addition, she cannot be disarmed while wielding a weapon of this type.
This ability replaces perfect self.

I think you should scrap this as an archetype or make it a ranger, fighter, or inquisitor archetype with much less in it.
Second option, make it a full class because there are a ton of abilities here.
Tweaks:
Smite evil: much more useful than favored enemy bonuses IMO.favored terrain... But have the bonuses apply vs favored enemy type selected when gaining this ability. Maybe even some of the favored enemy skill buffs.
Improved healing: add +1/ dice to all received healing effects, recover x2 HP while resting

Definitely martial artist/ ranger. A template almost for sure. Make it close in str to the vampire template.
Rest of the cast would be:
Willow- witch
Giles- inquisitor
Xander- epic lvl commoner!
Oz- commoner (werewolf template)
Angel- lore warden (vampire template)
Tara- sorcerer
Cordelia- aristocrat? (Half-fiend template during the angel years)
Spike- barbarianFrom Angel:
Doyle- oracle
Wesley- inquisitor
Gunn- fighter/ ranger
Lorne- teifling bard
Fred- alchemist
Connor- (never happened, jk) half-fiend rangerMiss anything?
I think Riley would be a fighter with the tactician archetype.
