DC check for using scrolls

If a first level cleric wants to use a scroll with Cure Moderate Wounds, the Core Rulebook says

"If she meets all three requirements but her own caster level is
lower than the scroll spell’s caster level, then she has to make
a caster level check (DC = scroll’s caster level + 1) to cast the
spell successfully."

So, Cure Moderate Wounds is 2nd level spell, requiring the cleric to be 3rd level before he or she can cast it. Does that mean the DC is 4 (3+1) or 14? And does the caster get a wisdom, use magic item or spellcraft bonus to their check?

Two things: The relevant figure is the Caster Level the scroll has.

In your example (CMW), this is at least 3, but may be higher (someone might have scribed it at CL 10, for 2d8+10 of healing).

If the scroll is scribed at minimum level (3), then the DC for using it is indeed 4 (3+1). However; Wisdom, UMD and Spellcraft are all irrelevant; this is an unmodified Caster Level + d20 roll.

DC would be 4 and it's a straight up caster level check, so just a d20+ the character's relevant caster level. So in your example, it'd be d20+1, so the caster succeeds on a 3 or better on the die.
